It was one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in my life. The hotel owners are very good people. A very nice breakfast awaits you. You can choose hotel veronika without any doubt.

Everything was perfect, just for information hotel is a little bit out of center but bus station is very close and number 435 and 360 goes to Station Square and this station is center of the city. If you prefer the use Bolt, It also costs 5-6 GEL to Station Square

Really hospitable and friendly couple, Breakfast was amazing! Especially if your first time in Tbilisi, Vitaly absolutely help like a tourist guide. Room was very clean and meet our needs. Thank you very much for the all!

I love this place! They even have a bidet spray in bathroom. How could you even make a complaint for that?

By far the best guest house if you are looking for a place to stay before going to TBS airport! This place is very good if you are doing a road trip and not planning to go back to the city/downtown anymore and just straight to the airport. But if you still have a bit of free time, you can also choose to drive to Chronicle of Georgia within just 15 mins. Then go to TBS airport by using the road next to the reservoir. No traffic + a nice way to say goodbye one last time with Georgia. Anyway, the place itself is very homey. Hosts are friendly and attentive to the guests. Breakfast is basically cooked and seasoned by chef. This place wouldn’t get 10/10 without having them hosting us. Definitely coming back for the next Georgia trip!

It is stylish yet simple,When we had a chat with Veronika we told her how beautiful her home is and when I retire home to Philippines 🇵🇭 I will definitely have the same business 🙂 Plus the no. 1 is cleanliness….. & It was almost a perfect place with a couple host that loves dogs & cats 🙂 Pls. Book your stay whatever you see in the booking.com the rooms, house, garden, dining area is the same as it is in person!

Very warm atmosphere. Veronica and Vitali are very good hosts. Good breakfast with the most delicious homemade desert after every breakfast. Bathroom was a bit small but with a modern feel, tiled with a good shower. Heated towel rack is a plus.

Checking out. I was going to miss the heartwarming hospitality and company.

Veronica's Home, was excellent long before I even checked in at the property! How would that be possible you ask? It's attributed solely to Veronica and Vitaly. I availed myself of an Airport pick-up and it was one of the warmest welcomes I've received at an Airport at such an ungodly hour. Check-in was almost non-existent: it was an immediate check-in to my room, which was badly needed at the time. The next morning was a pleasant surprise; balcony overlooking the garden, morning sunrise, walkthrough of the garden familiarizing smells of herbs and flowers, and home-made breakfast! The clean and cozy room has got a TV (request to change settings to English though ;)), towels, coffee and water. An iron and ironing board is available on the corridor and laundry downstairs. I must warn you of the 2 super lovable canines and a Persian too. If you love dogs, you're going to be heartbroken at checkout as you can't take them home with you. :(

Spotless clean accomodation with very friendly hosts. Room was not huge but absolutely sufficient. We received a delicous dinner which we did not expect and had a very nice conversation. Unfortunately we could not have breakfast since we had to leave in the middle of the night. Parking is no problem and it is quite easy to drive to the airport. There are two friendly dogs and a cute cat. We would definitely come back and recommend this accomodation to everybody!

Beautiful house, bright and clean apartments with a lot of creative little things in interior. Veronika and Vitaly are very kind and helpful people, always there if you need some assistance or advice. Not to mention delicious breakfasts, very tasty and aesthetic desserts as a bonus:) There is a nice grocery store nearby the house, bus stop is not far away as well.

Veronika Homes is the best place to stay while in Tbilisi. The House is so comfortable and has all the necessities you need while on a holiday, the real plan was to just stay there for 3 nights, but we extend up to one week, because the place is just amazing and, it is simple, and HOMEY. The owners, Vitali and Veronika are super hands-on and so hospitable as if we are just visiting our parents on a holiday, so warm and loving people. The breakfast that are shown on the ADs are all true, it will even exceed your expectation I promise! Veronika was such a good Chef. The couple will give you a very good impression of how beautiful the city is, and its people. I must admit that at first I am hesitant to book the place since it is quite far from the city center, but the taxi just costs around 6-11 GEL, plus you can see a good view while on the way. We will definitely go back!

Oh my god. What a lovely experience ! Mr Vitaliy and Ms Veronika. True elegance, classy people and house. We were staying at 8 hotels during our Georgia trip and this one is the best. A scale of 10 is not enough to rate this place. Unbelievable breakfast is served where each day Veronika who is a also a culinary artist, prepares the day's delicious desserts right in front of you, plucking the fruits from her garden. The rooms were so clean to a sense that even a spot of dirt cannot be found, it's unbelievable. And all sorts of modern and contemporary facilities provided, wow. Smart TV too. The place may be 15 mins drive from city but within 5 minutes from Gino paradise and aqua park which is a must visit for anybody visiting Tbilisi, so well balanced and comfortable with the location. Vitaliy is such a charming person and very helpful. Veronika is such a classy lady, wow. I have seen only in movies people like these, never interacted 😂very elegant. My wife spent time with her after breakfast learning about her interests and learning her dessert recipe. They are so overwhelming in helping us and sharing tips for the journey. It was so adorable and funny how they get into cute arguments and fighting in between sharing the best tips for us 😇. They have a grumpy Persian cat which resembles so much like Veronika, very cute. Thank you for everything!

Everything was perfect!

What did i like the most? Hands down, the hosts. Veronika and Vitaly are such kind hearted and caring people. They are always ready to go out of the way to help us for our inquires/requests. When I visit Georgia again, I know for certain where I will be staying! P.S. the fresh homemade breakfast was such a good start to the day!
