The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was about 40 minutes away from the center (walking).

My budget room only had a small window overlooking the corridor (not even street), I'd like to have more fresh air.

It's really exceptionally clean, the mattress is new and comfortable (not too hard, not too soft), the room is well equipped (tv, air conditioning, kettle, hair dryer)

Owner was super helpful, upgraded my room for better one without additional money, helped to call taxi, so was really super friendly, also allowed super late check in (6 in the morning).Only please keep in mind that there are stairs, so not easy to get if u are with heavy baggage, but owner was helping me with this as well.

I had only trouble with the hot water when I take a shower. It was a bit challenging to change the cold water to hot water.

Everything regarding the room and the hotel was great. It was really good according to its price.

No elevator, not for those who have heavy baggage. The room was not the cleanest, and could be improved. Owners do not know how to speak english, it was the most difficult part especially if you need something.

Location was great, everything you need is within the area. The owners were responsive if you need anything. The owners are very nice and will try to help you to the best of their ability.

It is main issue in Georgia for hotels No elevator no " Shatafa " , but it is fine

The building itself is old and has no elevator, but for someone who has no mobility difficulties, the location and the amazing service is totally worth it!

The hotel is clean, inside the rooms and in the communal area. It is located in a street parallel to a main avenue, with many high end shops, restaurants, supermarkets, change houses and banks. The staff is amazing! Nugzar the manager and his wife went above and beyond to make sure I feel at home there (I stayed there for more than 3 weeks), and Nugzar even offered to drive me to the airport when I left. All and all, a very good experience in an affordable price! VERY RECOMMENDED!

The shower could benefit from having a small rack/shelf for holding my shampoos and soaps.

The room had everything I needed to make me absolutely content. A warm room (wintertime), a shower with curtains and strong water pressure, good wifi, outlets next to the bed, a lovely view, and quiet. Not only that, my room was blessed with a balcony, and windows on adjacent walls. The bed was big, and the room was small, which was exactly my preference.

Clean rooms, comfortable location, hospitable host. I would recommend for short stays. What was really good is that the host was able to rent the place quickly - I booked it only several hours before checking in. Thank you so much for that!

The owner is very enthusiastic. Is the friendliest owner I've ever seen in Georgia.He gave me a cup of coffee. invite me to eat fruit. Also asked me to taste the red wine. Upgraded me to a room with a balcony. It's a very good experience. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.
