You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This is a great hotel. I was given a very large room and all the staff were very friendly. There is a small pool, which is deal for cooling off after a busy day sightseeing

GermanyBreakfast is Ok but nothing special - more on the lower end of comparable middle-class hotels in Accra. The mattress was completely worn out which resulted in a moderate sleeping experience.
It is a cozy little hotel nicely located in relatively close distance to the airport. I asked to change my room and they gave me an upgrade which was really nice. Overall staff was nice and friendly. Internet was stable and strong.

United States of AmericaMy friend and I were denied access to Ghana from the U.S.A. because we did not have a letter from the Consulate. Prior, we were told for $150 USD we could get Bisa on Arrival. We were really looking forward to staying at the Midindi Hotel, but it seems like Ghana thwarting tourism.
