One of the rooms had a strong smell of mothballs. It was really difficult to find the hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The aircondition was good and there was a fridge. The pool looked nice, but we did not have time to try it out. The area was quiet.

Nice hotel in an excellent area in Accra. Good facilities, nice room, the staff was really helpful, they let me do an early check-in for free, I arrived at 10:00 AM and the check-in is from 02:00 PM.

Well, I didn't like the fact the place was too quite for a lousy person like me. Maybe, the hotel can add a companion for a fee. Just on the litter side.

Everything was excellent except me travelling alone. The place is quite for any business or vacation experince. Always remember to go with someone to keep you confort. The staff were excellent from the Security man, receptionist and the cook. I was scaptical of Accra and their food but the lady who prepared me fresh Banku and red fish was beyound good. I requested of no salt but the taste without salt was too good to leave any on the table. This is a must stay and will book again and again.

We had a hard time finding the correct property and the taxis from the airport loaded with our bags were not permitted on the property so we had to unload everything on the street in the rain. It was not a good first impression.

The accommodations were clean, modern and had everything we needed for our stay. The amenities were great especially for the kids and as a great place to unwind after work.

The service was excellent and the rooms were stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is set in a nice location, close to the airport. Once the renovation of the other building is complete the hotel will be one of the best in the area.

A lovely place to stay with great staff. I was picked from the airport at no extra cost. Very clean and secure location.

The transport from the airport to the hotel left without me as it took too long for me to retrieve my luggage from the luggage carousel.

I com from germany whe have other things whe eat. Butt maby i am spoiled . You eat people eat there to.

They gott me from airport .close by . Make some to eat late .in evening i had everday clean bed with new sheets en badroom en room .to lay lott in pool enjoy nice weather in evening i drink a beer with friend i met there sitting outside .enjoy the view . Look around in accra .. real good time hope next year to be back i like people are friendly.

The property is not correctly located on Google Maps and should be adjusted. It’s tricky using taxis when they can’t search for the correct location.

The rooms were neat. The beds were comfortable. The room temperature was very nice since there were air conditioners in both rooms. They had a variety of options for the breakfast as well. Both bathroom and toilet were clean. The staff service was great. The owners were kind. Overall 9/10 experience.

I had ordered a shuttle service from the airport, and the hotel had confirmed. But no one showed up at the airport, and they completely dodged my calls when I tried to call 4 times. Once I arrived with a taxi I had arranged myself, they refused to give compensation. On top of that, their card machine didn’t work so they wanted me to go to the ATM and take out cash for them. I didn’t want to do it late in the night, so they said that they would arrange a taxi the following morning and to with me to the airport so I could use the ATM there. The next day, there was no car there. More than half an hour later, the woman in the reception managed to secure a bolt. I almost missed my flight because of this.

Ideal location for a transit, less than 10 minutes from the airport.

When i checked in, nothing about the fascilities was explained to me, i wasn't given the wifi password or told how the restaurant and bar worked, there was also no information in the room anywhere about this. The swimming pool was filthy, full of rubbish and algae, so it was completely unuseable. The bathroom had a horrible acid smell that made it impossible to stay in long enough to use the shower properly. They offered a lot of things on the facility that were sinply not there. No transfers to the airport, i was told to book myself an uber.

The bed was comfy and the room itself was clean. The mini bar in the room was handy and fairly priced.

Everything from the ease of check in,customer service,cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff. Can't rate the staff highly enough. Room was comfortable and spotless. Swimming pool was divine at the end of a day in the hot sun!

Breakfast was too basic, the restaurant was too hot. AC was reluctantly put but only once. A bit shocking is variation in price from actual bill and price on menu. Things for 80 cedis on menu were priced 150 and I was told menu price is outdated. I was upset because I felt I was misled. What would happen if I had no extra money

This is our second time at Windford Boutique Hotel. The hotel staff were very polite, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Food was very nice and very homely Will definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.
