The owner was welcoming, thoughtful (she called us by 7pm to know when we would arrive). Perfect strategic location: right next (200m/2min) the very popular La Caravelle beach. Private free parking provided. Besides the hotel restaurant, there are few more restaurants nearby to enjoy local food. Very good experience for families and/or 1st time comers.

The Cabins are lovely from the outside and the gardens are all beautifully maintained. The restaurant is okay and the parking is restricted. It is a 30 minute walk into St Anne on a busy road which is poorly lit at night. The access to the beach is a five minute walk through some less than beautiful landscapes but the beach when you get there is really amazing. The staff were all lovely but our cabin was dated and had no hot water two of the three days we were there. The other cabin with our kids in it was less dated. The pool area is really poor with nobody using it when we were there.

GermanyCheck in seemed very complicated and there was often no one at reception, bar opening times also seemed to be irregular, but there’s a nice snack place almost next door.
My room in one of the chalets was very good, clean and comfortable. It’s a very peaceful setting and the grounds are very pretty. The breakfast was basic but fine. It is a 20 - 25 minute walk into St. Anne, if you don’t have a car it’s along a busy road (you can also walk along the sea if it’s daylight). The beach, which is only 5 mins away is lovely.

Contact with staff is easy, breakfast is OK, parking at the hotel is a plus.

BelgiumOverall, the property would need a deep renovation. In our room, the shower was falling from the wall, AC was very noisy (hard to keep it on at night), the wc flush was leaking (they fixed it when we raised it). They did not offer to give us another room. The fridges in the dining room were very dirty! The restaurant was closed in the evening during our stay. The breakfast was very poor, and some products did not seem very fresh.

United States of AmericaSeems that reception don't have standard hours, so it was very hard to get a hold of someone when you needed help. Also, not English speaking as they advertise. When we check in at 7 pm, our room didn't have any towels, so we needed to go back to ask for them in reception.
Location, right next to le Caravelle beach. Breakfast included, nothing fancy, just some fruit, coffe, selection of breads and spreads.
