Localisation is kind of far from split town (about 25/30minutes) Shower is a little bit tiny and not up to date. WIFI performance was low sometimes

The apartment is large and clean like the patio. The kitchen is convenient and well equipped. The woman at the reception were nice. It's a great-value apartment for split neighbourhood.

Rooms were of a good size and very clean, bathroom as well. Location okay but don't expect to be right in the middle of charming Split, we walked for about 30 minutes to the center but it was not a nice area to walk in. Check-in was easy.

There is helidrom near apartments, and the noise during the night is like I'm driving in that helicopter. Beautiful apartment, but unfortunately I was there when helicopter was arriving, at 4am.

The property is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has the best sea view I’ve ever seen in my life! Location is excellent and convenient for all you may need and want to do in Split. It is literally 2 minutes from the beach and close to the city center! Host was so kind and helpful with all my requests, including transport to the airport. Thank you so much to the Adriatic Queen team for your hospitality! It felt like a home for a day and I will certainly be back this summer and make some good memories in the sunset! :)))

Very odd entrance, no elevator. We had heavy suitcases and had to go up 1.5 flights of stairs. The place looked clean and then when one of us went to get in their bed they found a child’s ring pop toy under the covers…odd and ick.

The contact was very attentive and gave great directions on how to enter facility.

Convenient location with guest parking. 30 mins walk into Split city centre on the beachfront or €5-6 Uber. Clean room with everything you need. Staff super friendly and informative.

- every movement can be heard through the walls from another room, basically no sound isolation. - biggest hospital located in the vicinity and it happened that helicopter has been deployed in the middle of the night for an emergency on one of the islands. we didn't know what the hack was going on, lights, unbearable noise, curtains flying all over...

Arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, the receptionist was lovely and organised a taxi for us. However there was an extremely strong cigarette smell, we asked the receptionist and we were told they had sprayed the room and to leave the window open to get rid of the smell which we did for several hours even when we left for dinner as it was such a terrible smell. We tried to go to sleep but we started to feel sick and due to my asthma I could not stay in that room any longer. We called their number and told the hotel at 10:30pm we were going to have to go to a different hotel. We were told earlier that they were booked out for the night. On the phone we were then told the other hotel would be paid for (we went to the closest and cheapest hotel near by that had 24hr reception and paid for the cheapest room) when we arrived back the next morning (without anyone asking to enter the room) the windows to our room were wide open with all our luggage etc for everyone to see (the room was on the ground floor and the windows opened to the car park). We were then told that the receptionist told us the wrong thing the night prior and they would only pay for the 1 night stay at their hotel and if I didn’t accept this they were going to cancel the rest of our stay. As we didn’t want to be left without a hotel for the next 2 nights we agreed and stayed at the hotel in a different room as it wasn’t booked out for the next 2 nights. This was nearly 2 weeks ago and we still haven’t received a refund and we were asked today for our card details which for obvious reasons we did not give them. When we first arrived and even after having to go to a different hotel I wasn’t going to write a bad review as it was out of their control however after the way I was spoken to by the owner and threatened to take their offer with still no refund this is the reason I am writing this review.

The owner met us on arrival. We've got our keys and a lot of information where to eat, what to see, etc. The room is very clean and cosy, private parking is right behind the building. Nice place, very polite and friendly management, excellent location!

Very basic. Minimal furniture, minimal kitchen equipment. Outside space with loungers appealed but no shade available so couldn’t use it. Wasn’t aware when booking that we were adjacent to hospital helipad- understandably in use 24/7. It was noisy and because of down draft meant couldn’t have a parasol for outside space.

location- 15 min walk to shops and beach. 30 mins to Split- so no need of a car as long as you like walking

The receptionest Bozena (hope i've got her name right) was brilliant she went above and beyond, she so genuine and helpful, gave us lots of good tips and advice about Split, all peple working in hospitality should have her attitude, a big thank you again Martina and Paddy (from Ireland)⁷

We expected an apartment with a kitchen and lounge area, but it was a modern ensuite room with a kettle and small fridge. It is not made clear on the website which option of room you need to select to get the apartment shown in the photos. Reception was not manned at the times stated on the website. A phone number was available but it is not the same as face to face on the site. Information was limited and vague. We did not feel warmly welcomed.

Apartment was dirty upon arrival. Dust balls, old socks, trash under the beds, clearly nobody had cleaned there in months. Towels had stains on them. Stove did not work. No coffee machine or dishwasher. Never met or saw any of the owners.

The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. She came very quickly after we requested an additional cleaning due to all the dust in the apartment. Very nice terrace, 3 minute walk to a very nice beach, mostly only locals there. Location was nice too, a bit far from the city center but doable by Uber/Bike. Contactless and smooth check-in/out.

I love the easy location of the room. It´s a completely private room that has everything you need for a great and comfortable stay. Moreover, the owner of the house was flexible on the arrival time and check-out. Also very friendly and helpful in terms of recommendations. I loved booking this place!
