You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomInes was fantastic. She was so friendly and amicable, nothing was too much for her and her staff! The other staff were pleasant and not overbearing, they let you crack on with your own thing but were available when you needed them. The room was fantastic value for money and it was very clean. We even had the company of the villa cat, Pixie, in our room (much to our delight!) I couldn't recommend it enough.

United KingdomThe place was nothing like on photos over grown dirty the pool area was unusable I have taken photos of the area its a heath hazard and was not worth the money It is called something different A small sticker on the door saying villa annex Which at 12pm in dark was unacceptable None of the locals new where it was We had 1 coat hanger between 3 we had to buy toilet paper towels wernt changed They owner let us in at 1am we didn't see anyone again until the night be for departure When she came for money her attitude was poor on our complaint I feel this needs looking into and a refund would be appreciated

United KingdomAbsolutely stunning property! The room is very well equipped. The swimming pool is beautiful. There are different lounging / common areas The villa is amazing and just in front of a shop/convenience store and amazing Italian resto so it’s very handy. Also walking distance from the villa are amazing restaurants and pubs. It’s quite area and balcony is definitely a great addition. Beaches are also close and Bolt can be used anywhere sooo cheap too! On top of all that, the owner and the staff are diamonds and will always help when they can. Very friendly, warm, accommodating and excellent service!!! I would stay again and absolutely highly recommended villa!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

SpainFirst of all, the welcome was very good by Valentina and Teddi, they were kind and funny. However, I can't say the same about the room they offered us because for the price of the room, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. In the pictures everything looks great, but as the saying goes, "not all that glitters is gold", and this is our case. From the moment we entered the room we noticed a pretty NASTY smell coming from the bathroom which even woke us up in the middle of the night. Consequently, we had to close both the bathroom door and open the windows. The towels didn't smell clean either and there wasn't even any hand washing gel (I think it was just for decoration because the container was empty). I don't usually post this kind of comments but paying a HIGH PRICE for these conditions doesn't seem fair.

NetherlandsThe pool is in the photos but check if it is included in the booking! It is a pity that the villa and garden is not maintained otherwise it was fine. The staff is friendly but doesn't follow through on all promises. The villa is more 3 km away from the old town.
It is a beautiful villa (but unfortunately poorly maintained). There is a nice swimming pool (but it turned out not to be part of our booking). Nevertheless we were allowed to use it for half of the stay. Our room has a great large roof terrace.

VietnamThey only respond through WhatsApp until the moment you bring up a complaint or issue - then they will stop responding and there is no way of reaching them as the entire reception/front desk area is closed down and no one is around. The day after check-in, we received a message from the owner’s daughter that the pool and entire outdoor area had been privately booked and that we must leave and that we cannot use it for the rest of the week. If the guests can’t use the pool or outdoor area - why even put pool and terrace as amenities on the property? There was no wi-fi connection at all in our room and that was also listed as one of the amenities, we had to use our own data. When we arrived in our room there was no toilet paper or bag for the garbage can. The style of the rooms seems to be from the 70s, which would have been fine if it wasn’t for the fact that it also seems like the 70s was the last time the rooms had a proper deep clean. We had to begin our stay worth cleaning the bathtub as it was very dirty. Everything in the bathroom is dirty; there was even a big ketchup stain on the floor that had not been removed. The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting and had a lot of feces on it from some previous guests. It’s not weird because you need to flush the toilet 3 times to get a single piece of paper to go down. There is a foul smell in the bathroom that
The owner was really nice upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property and the outdoor area with pool and told us we could use it at any time.

United KingdomPoor management. Arrived at apartments and had to pay international charges to call the owners to check in. We were shown to the room and were casually told that the pool within our booking was now not available for 5/7 days of our stay as they hired it out privately to a different group during our time of stay. Knowing this we would have booked elsewhere. We asked for compensation due to this and were only offered a small 7% discount. They then informed us that the payment was now due in cash and not through the card held on booking.com. We did not come prepared for this not being told beforehand, but we agreed on a PayPal transfer via Friends & Family- which we were not happy with but felt pressured into doing. Shower head didn’t stay upright and was corroded. Spillage or vomit stain on the curtain leading to the balcony. Apartment about 45mins away from Old Town, however Ubers were cheap to come back and forth. Rooms were not attended to so no fresh sheets for a week and overflowing bin. Display pillows had little stains and were burst at the seams with stuffing falling out.
Directly across the road from a mini market. Room had Air conditioning.
