Apartment has EVERYTHING we needed. Hosts were kind and even made crepes for us at check in. The location was very close to the walled in city. Parking is almost impossible in the city, so it was nice to have a place to leave my car for the entire visit. The washing machine even had a dryer!

The host made us a pancakes. She is one very kind and sweet lady. We had a fruit basket as welcome. Apartment had everything, and I mean everything. The best thing it's very clean. Location is near to town center.

This apartment was perfect. It was so clean and homey and had all amenities required. Highly recommend! The garage was a game changer as parking in Dubrovnik is so expensive anytime of year. The garage was large and under the building with stair access directly from the garage, perfect. Bakery and grocery store, pizza all within 50-100m of apartment and easy walk to Dubrovnik old town.

No balcony facing the sea.

Everything with Maria, was perfect, communication, timing, location, apartment. We will go back to her place for sure. The old city is walkable distance even with kids. Maria provided us with towels, fresh fruit, chocolate...Very friendly and welcoming touch. The bed and cushions are very comfortable.

Very close to either walk or take the bus to Dubrovnik. The apartment was clean and perfectly suited for two adults and two children.

Nothing, it was perfect.

This is a large and comfortable apartment situated about 10 minutes on foot from the Pile gate into the old city of Dubrovnik. Very large living room, nice comfortable bedroom and a very well equipped full kitchen. You will find cooking oil and a few condiments, so combined with a trip to a supermarket, you can whip up a great dinner and save a few bucks. There's also coffee. The included parking space in an underground garage is an absolute game-changer, when you consider that public parking in Dubrovnik costs 80€ per day. This makes the apartment an outstanding value for the price. The owner communicated very clearly and we were welcomed with homemade crêpes with Nutella... What more can you ask for? 100% recommended.

Every thing was fine.

The owner was very kind and prepared free coke in the fridge for us in advance, in addition to fresh fruits. The room was cozy and very clean. Traveling is also very convenient, less than 10 minutes walk to the old town. Especially for those who drive their own cars, you can park directly in the underground garage downstairs, and it's easy to get your car in and out.

Nothing at all

Host welcomed us and showed the parking place which is down the building. Most important thing for me was the parking place and this one was really convenient. House is a complete one with all you need inside. Everything was clean nothing to complain. Old city is down the Hill with nice views in about 15 minutes walk. Coming up with a baby stroller was a a bit tricky for us so I took a UBER and it cost 6,5eur which is acceptable. There lots of amenities left by owner, like to thank them for lovely stay.

It was not an issue for us at all, however there is no lift to the apartment and from the garage up it is about 4 flights of stairs, so anyone with mobility issues might struggle. That being said anyone might struggle in Dubrovnik itself as it mainly stepped access everywhere.

The apartment is fresh and new with all we could need, lovely host, the fresh fruit and sweets on arrival were a really nice touch. Very comfy bed and the air conditioning was perfect as it was still very warm in October. The balcony was great for morning coffee with a great view out to the sea. Parking was great as parking is not easy in Dubrovnik. We didn't use it, but there is a bus stop located just a few minutes walk, so very handy if you needed it. It is excellently located, just a 10-15 min walk to the Old Town. It felt so safe as well. There is a shop opposite and a bakery just up the road, ideal for morning breakfast bits. We very much enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend.

The facilities were great, only a short walk into old town as well. The hosts made us feel welcome with pancakes and also left us some sweets, fresh fruit, fizzy drink and there was also some butter and jam available. They allowed us to store our luggage after check out before our ferry in the late afternoon.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Everything was ready for hosting a family. Thanks to Diana and her mother who prepared welcome pancakes and lemonade for us. It was really very kind and nice welcome. They were very friendly and helpfull. The apartment is just about 1,2 km from old town and it costed just 5 eur by taxi to go to old town. So we parked our car to closed private garage of apartment and we did not use our car till we leave. If we come to Dubrovnik again, it is sure we definitely stay here again.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Nice host meets you on arrival and show you their parking space. She even provided a plate of crepes - very nice! The apartment is in a residential block, and the attraction is the free parking close to the old town - and on this it delivers. But don't expect ocean views. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the old town, and this is involves many stairs. If you're fit this is no problem at all.
