It faced a very busy street so it was a bit difficult coming in. That being said, the apartment was fairly quiet.

This apartment was great for our family. The kids toys, the pool and the coffee right outside of our door were a hit.

The apartment was very clean, and the owner had left us some fruit in the room. The balcony offered both mountain and sea views, and there were chairs on the balcony where you could sit and relax. The swimming pool was fantastic, with sun loungers and inflatable mattresses available. However, the water was a bit too cold for my liking. Downstairs, there was a game room equipped with a PS5, a pool table, and a gym. The apartment also had a washing machine on the lower floor. Bicycles were available for use, although we didn’t use them. The location is a bit remote, but there are several restaurants to choose from along the beach, with Europa being our favorite. There are also beaches nearby. And traveling by bus was easy because the bus stops are nearby. Bolt was also good alternative. To the airport the bolt was only 3€ and to the Split old town center it was around 10-17€.

Not a criticism but if sensitive to noise, maybe bring earplugs for rooms at front of apartment for speedy drivers in the night.

Nothing to fault - the apartment was beautiful, the hosts were beyond lovely, the location was great for airport, heading to krka and the local beach and nice restaurants...Will definitely go back again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. However you need a car to move around. Unless you're planning to spend most of the time at the property

Everything was more than expected. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, smart TV , 2 bathrooms. Overall, it's a big flat, plenty of space. Beds super comfortable. Pool outside was just PERFECT!!! Had inflatables available for the kids and sun chairs. Game room was a delight for grown ups as well as children. Small shop within walking distance and 5 mins driving to the beach.

Everything was perfect! Exactly like promised and even better. Rooms are very well designed and super clean. Facilities are great and the Host was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and would 10/10 visit again.

Everything!. Wonderful hosts who take care of smooth check in and check out. We had a nice time at the beautiful, well maintained wonderful property not too far from city but with awesome views. The property looks more beautiful than in pictures. Host and his son take care of all your needs in apartment and available anytime for help/questions. The private swimming pool, gym area, games corner, snooker and the play station were fantastic add on to the stay. We enjoyed every moment during the stay. Don’t miss the unlimited cappuccino’s. They are the best. Highly recommended for family and couples visiting Split!

The host was not there, but we were welcomed by his mom, she was exceptionally polite, smiling and welcoming. The accommodation had everything we needed; it had enough space and it was a calm environment. The location was great and we could make use of some great bikes to explore the beautiful surroundings.

It didn't bother us, as very little noise considering how near to main road, when shutters and windows were closed you hardly heard them.

The apartment had everything you needed equipment wise. The largest couch outdoor balcony, washing machine, and dishwasher. Great showers, games room was a bonus. Bakery next door. Covered parking. Bikes for use. Lovely town with beautiful beaches and nice restaurants without being over touristy.

from the beginning on a lovely place to spend your holidays. The welcome of Nikola was in a great manner as we have never experienced before. Nikola gave us recommendations for the area (parking lots, restaurants, beaches). Even in the fridge was a juice, water and a snack for our baby. Nikola loves to host people and this creates a great feeling. The apartment is amazing - everything you might need is included. We have never seen a cleaner apartment as this one. A great flat - even with an access to the pool of the family. parking lot is just in front of the house. Indeed - once we will be back in this area - we will rebook this flat at Nikola‘s. many many thanks to you, Nikola!!

There is absolutely nothing to not like. Just maybe that our room was on the top floor without lift. But we did not mind that at all because of the amazing views from the top floor :) and also a bit of exercise.

The property had everything available. Beautiful large balcony facing the sea, and 2 balconies attached to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, facilities for cooking, gym, swimming pool, washing machine and possibly everything one would need to be in home away from home. Kastela beaches are just 12mins walking through not so busy and beautiful walkways. The hosts were super nice and always ready to help with whatever questions we had. They also gave us some superb recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to eat at.

It was a good 20 minute walk down to the beach , Links to bus that goes between Trogir and Split 15 min walk . Thank you Nikola and your brother who greeted us when we arrived early 😀

it’s a really good place to stay! We spent one night there before our flight, the house is located near the airport. But I wouldn’t mind to stay longer. Beautiful, well organized and cosy room. There is everything you need. I was pleasantly surprised that in the basement there is even a pool table, and many other things to play. But unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it. Beach in 15-20 minutes walk, but also you can use the bicycle! And for all this additional facilities you don have to pay any single money. Pool is small but enough to get fresh and swim a little. Near the pool is barbecue place. I would like specifically thank the owner’s mother, she met us at the bus stop and took us to the place, and next day at 7:30 in the morning she picked us up and dropped to the airport!

Everything was more than perfect.

Superb apartment in Kastela, in the middle of the way from Split to Trogir. The apartment was completely new, very comfortable and with all the gadgets you may need. The apartment is in a small building where the owners live and rent several apartaments. That buiding has a shared room that is a dream for teenagers. It has a huge TV, a console (Play Station 5 !!!!), a driving kit for the console, a pool (billard), a dart game and a large table. The building also has a swiming pool, a barbacue, a dining table, some sofas, etc. Everything you may imagine. Although the building has 3 apartments rented, there was no noise and no disturbs.
