Ideal location, overlooking the mountain, quiet at night. The apartments have their own parking in the yard, free of charge, while in the city it is charged expensively. Accommodation for every recommendation as well as polite hosts!

Unfortunately, we stayed for a short time because we are in transit, but we are definitely coming back next year for longer! Accommodation is as if you are at home in your own apartment, everything you need for a longer stay is in the apartment. Free parking is provided in the yard in front of the apartment, which is a lifesaver when the city is crowded and parking is expensive, everything is close to 5 minutes, including the beach and the promenade. Solid 10/10 for this place, the host was amazing and lovely, she greeted us when we came in and showed us around the place. The apartment was beautiful and very colourful. The place is close to everything only a short walk to the harbour.

The weather! but to be fair, 5/7 days were good for us.

The apartment was perfect in every way. The location was very central to the Marina, beaches, old town, restaurants and the local shops. We chose to take a bus from Split to Makarska and although it took longer than a taxi, we saw some of the towns and villages that we otherwise might not have seen. Our host Marhela made us feel very welcome and on arrival there were drinks in the fridge, some local liqueur and glasses plus savoury snacks for us to enjoy. Fresh flowers appeared on cleaning days and we wanted for nothing. There was plenty of tourist information to hand and Marhela was always happy to advise us on day trips out, the best local restaurants, bakeries, fruit markets etc. All the rooms were spotlessly clean with fresh linen and towels plus beach towels. The only meals we ate in was breakfast, but there was plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils plus hob and microwave, which we did not need. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and chose to eat our breakfast there. We had one very rainy day and two umbrellas appeared outside our door, which were most welcome. There is so much to see and do but we were only away for one week, so chose the boat trip to the islands which departed from our local harbour and the road trip up the mountains to visit the sky walk. We ate out every evening and were not disappointed with any of the meals. Prices for both food and drink were very reasonable and the choice of meat and fresh fish was excellent. We walked miles along the riviera and there was always somewhere to stop for a cold beer, ice cream or coffee. We are also keen runners and managed an early morning run along the riviera before most people were out and about. Everywhere felt very safe and friendly, and although it was the start of the holiday season, no where was crowded. We chose to take a taxi back to the airport for our return flight and this was arranged for us by Marhela. It is our wish to return to Makarska- Highly recommended. ,

Marhella was so helpful from getting there to leaving, lovely duplex very clean and modern, close to lots of restaurants and the front, very quiet on a night! oh and Jakov makes his own licquor which we were given and enjoyed very much

Marhela is a very nice host and knows the business. She was communicative and helpful all the time needed. The apartment is not small nor big, but with good amount of space in each room/bathroom. Well furnished as well. One of the best locations in Makarska if you want to stay near the historical old town. Easy parking (entrance is through a street behind the building). I have been to Makarska a few times, so I think her place is among the best ones in the same class/price level.

Everything was perfect, the location in the old town itself, the host very friendly, caring and always available. The apartment is very nice and clean. Great for our boys, especially since we were at a sport event, the spirts pool is just a stone's throw away.

Apartment located in the centre of Old town within close proximity to everything, shops, beach, cafe’s and restaurants. Incredibly clean and well equipped. Balcony and big terrace was a bonus. Owner Marhella was very welcoming and helpful. Her level of communication from the minute apartment was booked has to be commended.

The apartment is brand new, tastefully furnished, clean and has a wonderful terrace with sunbeds, tables and chairs. It's located in a central and quiet area, which is perfect for beach goers but also for anyone wanting to explore the area by bus, as it's five minutes walk from the bus station. The owner is always ready to help and share insightful tips about hidden gems. She is really friendly and makes you feel at home, which really made a big difference! Also very accomodating with check in times!

The slightly too high wall on the balcony. It completely covers you when you are sitting. But that's probably a matter of opinion.

The layout of the rooms across floors and the large bathroom have to be mentioned positively. Air conditioning on both floors. There are enough closets and storage options.

Apartment and servise is more than luxury. Rooms with amazing cousy bed for sleeping is worth of any prise. This is five stars in any sense. We have a great time and we will be back again. Thank you for all and we wish you great season. See you next year. Cheers!!!

Every thing was amazing! Location literally in the center of town and a stunning mountain backdrop, lovely interior decor, and great terrace. The best part was Marhella - she was so sweet, provided us with tons of helpful information and advice and even sent us away with a bottle of local red wine which we really appreciated!! A lovely experience !! We will be back :)
