Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Parking was a bit tricky but we managed. Swimming pool is at a different apartment few steps up, but why go there if you have the beach so close?!
Nice apartment, really clean. Just a 2 min. walk down to the beach and about 10-15 min drive to Hvar town. Really good price/quality rate.

The place is not near Hvar city, which is fine. Unfortunately, there is no super marked in the little town, and the busses are not really running regularly. You have to buy your own toiletpaper and dishwasher tabs, which a bit annoying since we were only there for a week.. I'd rather pay a bit more and have it included. Unfortunately the staff didn't provide us with this information before we contacted them ourselves

The pool is at the territory of a different apartment building.
The location is close to the see and the beach, the set up of the apartment is interesting, with the stairs leading to the bedroom in the attic. There is very little lights in the area, so it is very peaceful to sit on the balcony and watch the stars.

Nothing, it was all great! One observation (not criticism) is that I would not recommend this place for people with mobility issues. There are a number of steps to reach the apartments, and also the swimming pool.
The apartment that we rented had two bedrooms. One with a double bed, and one with two twin beds. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with a toilet, shower and sink. There was also an A/C unit in each bedroom. There was a small kitchen with a table. There was no sitting room (an observation, not a criticism), but a fairly large outdoor balcony to sit out on. The apartments share a swimming pool with the villa above it. There are some stairs to climb to get to it, but it is a very nice small pool that was very refreshing. The lounge chairs were comfortable. The apartment was *spotlessly* clean when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of plates, cutlery, cooking supplies, etc. there was a good sized fridge and a two burner stove. The unit is a two minute walk from the Milna Beach at the end of the road. A few minutes along the shore is another beach. Milna has three or four restaurants right in the water, and a small bakery. It is a lovely quiet little village. The drive into Hvar is approximately 10 mins and about €20 in taxi fare. I wish we had stayed longer.

It’s not super close to the city center of Hvar but it’s still pretty accessible with bus or a more expensive option is taxi.(both taxing only 5 mins)
There were two bathrooms for the four of us staying in a two bedroom apartment! And there is a lovely terrace with an amazing view of the sea and with lots of daylight where we could enjoy meals 😊

Next to the apartment there is a church who starts ringing bells every half hour from 6 in the morning till 12 in the evening, so good night sleep is not possible. Furthermore apartments are not sound proof so you hear neighbors. Also we went in September and the one bakery in the village is closed so you can only go to a small truck with some food available. There is no other supermarket or anything available.
Super nice appartement, looks new and trendy. Very spacious and clean. The host, Katrina, is very nice and welcoming and can give tips about shops and bus stops etc. There is a possibility for free parking which is also great. Location is in a small town with a few restaurants and a small beach but only 4 minutes driving away from Hvar.
