It’s difficult to go up after the beach bc of the road and sometimes wifi didn’t work properly.

The villa is super nice! Everyday room is cleaned, the owners are extremely friendly and kind. The atmosphere is cosy and pleasant. The view we had to the sea and garden. The bed is so comfortable to sleep.

View from the balcony is stunning. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. We could also park in garage (there are 2 places), we really appreciate this. Kitchen is well equipped. Rooms are cleaned daily.

Very clean, comfortable room with quiet environment. It was very nice and useful of the host that we could leave our suitcases and other things in the room before it was actually ready for us. The kitchen also has everything you need for use. We will definitely come again! :)

We liked everything but want to clarify a few moments: - The lady in the house doesn’t speak English, but speaks German and Croatian - Difficult to go there from the beach. Firstly, it looks fun. But on the 3rd day, you’d prefer to stay closer to the sea - A bit slow Internet. Maybe ok for vacation. Definitely, not ok for work / workation

Very nice owners. They allowed us to leave the bags until late in the evening (we had a bus delay) and were very understanding about it. They allowed us to move in quicker check-in time. There were raining that day. So it was very helpful. Very clean, cleaning every day. There’re kitchen👍 there are fridge in each room Conditioner 👍 Nice terrace however it looks bit different than on the picture from Booking (it’s a view from the terrace from kitchen ) on the booking Renovated bathroom👍 Nice view from the villa

- we liked everything, but for people who don’t like to walk, 10 minutes walking upstairs from the beach might be challenging.

Location is a bit uphill, takes 10min to reach house from the beach, but 5min to get to the beach.

Host was very professional and helpful. Entire house was super clean and neat. Whole experience was like staying in hotel with 5 stars.

- Although this was not a problem for us, the accomodation is located on a hill. So it may take some effort to get back from the beach to the accomodation.

- Clean and comfortable room with airconditioning. Our room was cleaned every day. - The communication with the host went smoothly. - We had a room with a very nice view, overlooking the Adriatic.

Only bad side is location. it is close to beach but road is very very steep which for us wasnt that much problem but if you are with kids or a bit older (or not in shape) it is not recommended. Side from that everything was perfect.

Host, apartment and balcony with fabolus sea view are amazing. Cleanliness is exceptional. Bathroom is very good.

The way back from the beach is uphill. It is managable but can be difficult if you have to go back several times per day.

Friendly host, clean apartment, great bed, small fridge in the apartment, shared kitchen eith a bigger frigde where you can also cook whatever you like. Top value for the money.

The place it’s slightly far from the centre. A lot of stairs, but again, it’s nothing crazy. Understandable for the kind of place and how Brela is in between the mountains.

A lovely lady who doesn’t speak much English, was very welcoming and friendly. She even gifted us with a bottle of cherry liquor that she makes with the name of the villa. The place was big, with nice views and everything was very clean. We stayed only for a night but it was very good for the money.

Shelves in the shower would be great! But from the homes we booked, it seems like no one in Croatia has them. I'm not sure how they do it without the shelves lol. Also it's a steep way up from the sea, just keep that in mind.

The property is amazing. The hotel is kept with such love and attention to detail it's a pleasure to walk the halls. The stairs, the flowers, the garden - everything is beautiful, and even though we had the room with the garden view, it still provided us an amazing sea view! The room itself is very clean, comfy and has everything you might need. There is a small kitchen for common use with a fridge, we didn't use it as we only stayed for one night but if you are staying for longer it should be of use. The landlady doesn't speak much English but she is the kindest soul there is who was eager to help us with a piece of clothing I had forgotten in the room before check out, and was so kind to give us her resident card for free parking near the beach, again, after we already checked out! Thank you so much, it was a pleasure to stay at your place!

The host was very kind and welcoming. She showed us the room and other amenities that could be at our disposal during our stay, such as the kitchen and the cupboard with towels, toilet papers, and iron. This gave us that 'at home' feeling. 😊 The place (room) feels like an, at least, 4-star hotel room. It is extremely clean, neat, well-furnished (new furniture vibe), and well-maintained - the host cleans the room and makes your bed every day! 🙈🤩 (She does not have to if you do not want her to.) Thank you for everything, would love to come back! 🥰 P. S. We also got a homemade farewell gift- a little bottle of herb liquor, a.k.a. 'travarica'. 😁😎

Sure it is a bit up the hill/stairs but it is worth the climb, it is so quiet up there, gorgeous sea panorama on one side and pine treas wood/mountin on the other side. It is however only 10-15 min walk from the center but you skip the noise from the bars/restaurants etc. Extremly clean and kept clean by the owner every day, a well equiped kitchen on each floor, with extra space in the big fridge and freezer (small one inside the room). Very friendly owner. The bed was great, best I ever slept in outside my home :)

The walk from the beach to the apartment is pretty steep.

The owners are very friendly and polite. The apartmenr is clean and has a great balcony with seaview. On our last day we even got a parking card from the owner to park our car near the beach for free.
