You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomIt would have been nice to have basic provisions in the apartment like milk and cereal. Even the ability to book them beforehand with the host would be good. We arrived late in the evening and no shops were open to buy the basics. The apartment is on the 3rd floor which may be a problem for some.
The location is great. Central for bars and restaurants as well as access to both sides of the water shore. It has little balcony which was nice to sit out during the evenings. The view wasn’t great but it was still lovely! The air con was also very welcome.

United KingdomThe bells from the nearby Bell Tower were a bit loud but you got used to them. The stairs but it got me fitter!
Excellent location - right in the centre of the town. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Loved the little balcony! Air conditioning was much appreciated. The owner was so lovely and even carried my bag up 3 flights of stairs!

United States of AmericaThe apartment is a few floors up, so we got a lot of exercise walking up the stairs.
The location was perfect for exploring Zadar Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere and didn't have to worry about getting into the car. The host met us upon both arrival and departure. She also helped me find a parking spot since parking is really hard to come by in Old Town!

GermanyEma's apartment is very well located and has everything you need! The apartment is bigger than what we expected and has a separate kitchen and living room which is very nice. You can also have your meals and coffee on the balcony :) We recommend it!

SwedenIt's really in the heart of Zadar and close to restaurants, convenient stores, transfer bus to airport and local culture. It is also in a very calm area. The following things I appreciated in the apartment - nice and clean, comfy bed, bed sofa, kitchen with coffee a machine, air-condition, Wi-Fi and balcony (the balcony does not have a particularly nice view or so but it is calm and private enough to enjoy a breakfast or a drink before going out. Further, it serves as a good place for drying wet cloths and towels). So bottom line, it is a good place to stay – one thing though, no elevator so there will be a bit of stairs to climb every day ;)

BulgariaLocation of the apartment is one of the best one could imagine! Not related to the property per se, but parking can be a bit challenging in the area. Making few circles around it is possible to find a parking spot. Parking machines in the area say parking period is up to 3 hours. However, there is a parking app available which we downloaded and managed to pay for the parking without the need to go to the parking machine every 3 hours.
