The location was perfect. Close enough to everything but no to close that it was noisy. We were there in early April but I can imagine that it is pretty hectic on the promenade during summer. The apartment was well equipped

Location is perfect, close to city centre, beaches and shops. Apartment is in excellent condition with long balcony and spacious living room. Everything that you need to clean were provided and plenty of towels.

Lovely large apartment ideally located blocks from the Palace and the beach. Two balconies, on with a view of the harbour and Riva. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook when we got tired of eating out. The hosts were super nice and gave us good restaurant recommendations.

We were late for check in but our host was kind enough to wait for us, and I’m really grateful for her help in securing us a parking spot as it was peak season (second day of the new year) and there is always people wanting to go visit the beach. Apartment is very clean and has all the necessary amenities (clean towels, toiletries) and the host is really friendly, would recommend coming to stay here especially if you’ve got a car. Within walking distance to the beach and old town, perfect for sunsets and sunrises as the scenery was very beautiful when we visited!

the apartment is a block north of all the beaches and close to old town and Tommy’s which is the grocery store. there is a bakery right next to the building. The apartment has two balconies one has a great view of the sea. The other has a nice grill lol

Very spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Location is excellent and you could walk to the main harbour of Split. Host was very warm and came to receive us at the property. The kitchen was also provided with all ameneties and we could properly cook.

10 min slow walk to centre. Less than 5 min walk to a sandy beach.. Its like a home from home in the apartment. Lots of things you wouldn't expect in a holiday let.

This is a perfect place to stay in Split and a great value for money. A modern spacious apartment with all the amenities, quality kitchenware and all the little things you can think of. A huge spotless bathroom and another smaller one next to the master bedroom. A very big and light sitting room, and our favourite, terrace with a comfortable sofa. The location is very good, 3 minutes to the beach and supermarket, 5 minutes to the centre and the restaurants, 10 mnutes to the buses and trains. These's a nice little shop next door for the basiv provisions. And of course the host - Brankica was very kind and caring, always online to answer any questions. She let us stay after the check-out time so that we could comfortably catch our bus. Thank you!

This property is not for those who have difficulty with stairs because it is on the third floor and no lift
