Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No hot water in the kitchen but you can boil the kettle to fill the sink
Walking distance into Skradin. Roomy apartment. Dragan and his mother were wonderful hosts providing us with wine, grapes and figs. Washing machine available

If you want to stay in a traditionally Croatian place, this is your place. A place full of plants and a very pleasant terrace for lunch or dinner outdoors, or a glass of wine. Our room had a bathroom and we were also able to access the kitchen to prepare a salad for dinner. The house is located on the outskirts of Skradin, you can walk or drive there. We wanted to stay here because of the price and because it was very close to the Krka park. We were passing through to another place and it was good to stay here for that reason. We were served by a very nice and kind lady and then a guy.

Friendly and helpful hosts. Apartment was a little older but clean and comfortable. Value for money. Short drive into Skradin for restaurants and shops.

It wasn't the cleanest place..but survivable.
Everything was great, a big apartment with a lot of space and 2 rooms. Fully equipped kitchen just for us and amazing hosts who were beyond nice. Thank you

Something could be a little bit cleaner. The kitchen was small and not that well equipped.
The owners were very friendly, they allow late checkin, they texted us immediately when they found out we forgot something in the room. It was very good price quality ratio.

Premises needed to have a really good deep clean especially bedroom and bathroom. Minor maintenance needed on things like mosquito screens.
Awesome location. Owners were exceptional nice and helpfull.

we could not understand eachother with lady Darinka
It was quite cheap compared to other places. We also got some from the wine of the house as a gift. The host could not speak english or any other languages but croatian however she was very friendly.

Air Conditioning since the cabins were very hot (August weather). We had a fan but I think they should invest in A/C.
The location was perfect in a calm village close to supermarkets and restaurants. The owners were kind and attentive.

Do not forget Mosquito repellent !
The host and his mother (who is also the manager ;-)) are very nice and helpful. The patio is fresh with all the plants taken care of, compared to the outside heat. Even swallows love the place. Appartment is simple but well equipped. Place is walking distance to Skradin where the boats start to Krka park. A great time there !

Just a leaky toilet issue in the morning of departure, but Darinka? said apparently someone broke it before us and it is a difficult fix and maintain, very fragile plumbing
Great polite host Dragan with good recommendations to do in the area, very close to Krka national park. Great room, reminded me staying at grandma's over the weekend, good equipped room, a terrace, own kitchen stove, coffee

Dragan and his mother were so hospitable! Gifted us a few jugs of their home made natural wine and some home made snacks to go along with it. Definitely recommend staying here

Musty damp smell. We couldnt sleep there due to my astma so for second night we booked somewhere else. There is no sink in apartment. Apartment is combined from sleeping room with bathroom and kitchen separateted from apartment.
Lots of nature. Feeling as in joungle because of birds. Hosts are very kind.

everything good, its very simole place but in good lication if you want to see Krka national park. its very good price and very fine persons working there. if you want to feel more montain people spirit and to see how they are living - its a very good place. also you will be offered to try home made wine on raki, or even to buy. It was interesting, highly recomending!

Dragan and his mother were exceptional hosts. They immediately made us feel welcomed and at home in their spaces, and were so very generous with their time, sharing stories and advice (and some homemade treats!). Their lovely presence made the stay a very memorable one. The building is lush, and the terrace on the roof is an amazing place for enjoying meals and just relaxing.
