Loved this stay! The host is very welcoming and helpful. Beautifully furnished, well equipped apartment, especially appreciated the mosquito nets on windows. Great water pressure, comfy bed, quality appliances. Quiet area, so had a restful night’s sleep. Spacious parking space right next to the house. Rovinj center, beaches and grocery stores short walks away. A really enjoyable experience!

We stayed with friends in the middle of October, and we had two rooms on the first floor. The host was extremely welcoming and was pleased to meet us in person, despite our late arrival. He even presented us with a bottle of local wine, which we're saving for a special occasion to relive these memories. Throughout our week-long stay, he struck a perfect balance between respecting our privacy and being attentive to our needs. The accommodation is superb and offers excellent value for the price compared to other types of lodging. Staying on the first floor, you have a table and enough space to spend your evenings in the fresh air. One of the rooms is slightly larger, but the appliances in both are equally good. It's clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine, dishwasher, kettles, coffee maker, toaster, iron, a supply of household essentials, and a variety of kitchen tools. It felt like visiting a friend's house. The only things missing were shot glasses for stronger drinks and a lid for the frying pan, but we managed just fine since we decided to lead a healthier lifestyle, with less fried food and more wine instead of strong drinks :). It's worth mentioning that having your own parking is a rarity in such small towns, but it's readily available here. As for the beach, as shown on the map, if you're not staying at a 5-star hotel, you'll likely need to walk to get there. From these apartments, the distance is minimal, and there's also a decent grocery store nearby. A stroll to the city center is also not too far. I highly recommend this accommodation option."

Front door has glass decorations that let morning light into the room. No separation between the room and the kitchen - also, it is a bit on the small side.

Close to the old town (a couple hundred meters), free parking, new, nice interior. Nice hosts : )

Beautiful and clean smaller apartment with gorgeous backyard where you can chill in the morning and in the evening. Everything is very new and we had no problem with bathroom or kitchen. Host is very nice and helps you out with anything. Parking spot is in the shades (wich is very important on hot summer days). Location of the apartment is perfectly situated between the old town centre and the beaches (our favorite was Zlatni Rt). Perfect for summer holidays but we’ll also check it out in September. 10/10
