A wonderful house in a beautiful area. Very clean and atmospheric. We were greeted by the owner, who explained everything to us with a smile on her face. At the very beginning, she had prepared a welcome package in the form of refreshments and her own wine, and during our stay we were presented with the most delicious tangerines (straight from the garden) that I have ever eaten in my life. The biggest advantage is that you can take dogs with you and our request for a large terrace with a beautiful sea view was fulfilled. We will definitely stay there again. We recommend

It was excellent time in Lucija apartment. Owner is very nice and helpfull. Welcomed our family with bread and domestic wine :-) Flat was clear and a very good enquipmented. Very nice seaside vie. Near to Trogir - for me one of the most beautifull croatian cities. I'm sure we will come back here someday in the future :-)

Unfortunately after looking under the mattress, it was not clean.

The apartament was nice, the terrace with a nice view was great. The host is very friendly. The location is a plus, quiet street. Parking place available.

There is a beach 3 minutes away. Good parking on site. The owner was on site and made us very welcome. We drove into the old town for the evening with no problems.

It was perfect!

The owner is great - we arrived very late, but he greeted us at a late hour with some snacks and excellent homemade wine :) The room had everything we needed. Even though it's pretty small, the space is organized in an intelligent way. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The spacious balcony with the sea view was very comfortable for breakfasts and dinners with the view :) The island itself is very pretty, accessible for walks, with many small beach areas and no people (mid October)

Electric kettle didn’t work properly. We didn’t have the toilet paper, but we forgot to ask - so this was our problem. :)

Nothing to complain really :) very happy and satisfied with this booking. Only a Suggestion - maybe owners can offer breakfast (with extra cost) to bring stay experience to next level.

One of the best room in our 7day Crotia trip. - beautiful & very clean apartment, - great balcony view, - fully equipped kitchen, - helpful owners, - we were allowed late checkout (1hrs later)

The house was really nice. Very close to the beach. Our host was amazing and very helpful. The room has a great terrace and view to the sea. There is place to park in front.

No A/C in bedrooms

We wanted somewhere not far from Split airport for one night and this served the purpose well (15 min drive). We didn’t spend long at all - walked 15 mins to a nice restaurant for the evening and left the next morning but the owner was friendly and rooms adequate although no A/C in bedrooms.

There is nothing that I missed during our 2 night stay.

Very friendly host! De lady surprised us with watermelon and self made red wine. The room was very clean and everything you need was there. She gave uw tips where to eat and where not to eat. Our dog was also very welcome!

We were very satisfied with our staying. Apartment was very cozy and clean. Location of apartment is 10 minutes away by foot from center Gornji Okrug and 5 minutes away by foot from beach. We highly recommend it!

lovely place to stay with beautiful view from the balcony. room was big enough for two of us and working air con was extremely helpful to survive hot days. 10-15 minutes walk to the supermarket, 5-7 to lovely quiet beach where at 7/8am you could see maybe couple of people. absolutely the best hosts we’ve ever had. so helpful, friendly and welcoming that we felt we are visiting old friends! gave us recommendations where to eat and we were not disappointed at all. welcoming plate with watermelon, homemade wine, cheese, salami and bread set our standards for breakfasts every day - such a lovely idea that we’ve only heard about in TV programs but never experienced. we will definitely come back next year!
