Not many downsides. We thought there would be a hot tub as described on the booking page, but I think it was a reference to the pool being heated (which was great btw!). We had to ask for towels instead of them being available in the apartment on arrival, but we received them very quickly. Basically no real downsides to this apartment.

Great apartment with a lovely garden and pool. The location is pretty nice as well, small walk to the city center/seaside, two minute walk from the bus station and big stores.

Very little hot water - not enough for 2 of us to shower after each other.

No sign of anyone on arrival with the keys but after a quick phonecall, the owner arrived in less than 2 mins with our keys, so no problem at all. Apartment and pool, both lovely and clean, comfy bed. Would definitely return.

My only criticism is that it was so difficult to find in the dark when we arrived by taxi. There is no sign saying Pool House Luka and when we recognised the building and entered we couldn’t find where the main entrance was to get help. We had to call the owner. He came immediately and after that we had no more problems. A lovely family run property.

Fantastic location - very close to the beach and short walk from the old town. Very nice heated pool with many sunbeds. Apartment well equipped and comfortable. You can park your car in the garden. The hosts, Marija and her father are very helpful and they are doing their best to make your stay comfortable.

Comfortable, clean apartment. Beautiful pool area which was quiet. Had pool to ourselves most of the time. Located just a 10-15 minute walk from the old town. Kitchen was well stocked. Only a 2 minute walk from a big Spar.

The pool is not heated but would probably be fine in the summer months as we were here at the end of October the water was very cold

The appartment was perfect and had everything you needed for your stay, a short walk from the old town and has a huge supermarket right next door. Maria was a brilliant host and also arranged a taxi for us back to the airport.

This place is lovely. Quiet- even though near the rd. We often had the pool to ourselves. Near the bus station, supermarket and beach. 20 min walk to the old town.

stunning property, they best we stay in on our trip there, beautiful modern apartment, so well equipped and the best of quality bedding and bathroom. The garden was the very same, lovely patio area to relax and a beautiful pool area. The owner was so attentive to the garden and it shows

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Our bed was super comfy too. The pool is very well maintained and quiet. The property is in a fantastic location: 2 mins walking to the bus station and a large Spar, 5 mins walking to Kolovare beach and 10 mins walking to the beautiful old town. The hosts are very kind and friendly and the communication was great.

Just the Wi-Fi repeater that they used in the apartment that faced the pool has to be placed in the bathroom so that all rooms receive a proper signal. They should just replace these simple repeaters with a Wi-Fi mesh system. Other than this, everything was absolutely exceptional!!!!!

It was absolutely wonderful!!! The owners of Poolhouse Luka are super nice and very accommodating! The pool was fabulous and the rooms were perfect. We would love to go back!
