They asked us to give them cash for our registration yeah they did not register us as guest in the apartment as they did not take our documents. Also the Jacuzzi did not work. The house was cold. And the blankets were covered in dust and had a dingy smell.

No ventilation, even though the kitchen has a really good vent it shoots straight up to the ceiling, and since it's a studio whatever you cook is everywhere. The bathroom has black mold. Washing machine doesn't work well, we have to rewash everything in our next stay.

The host is very nice and understanding. The kitchen and utensils are all new, there's an automatic coffee machine, the place is very quiet (except for temporary construction work, which is quite far but you can hear blasts). The bed in the smallest apartment doesn't quite fit 2, so we upgraded to another suite. I would definitely recommend picking the second one, as the smallest one is way too humid (in late fall), as it has two of its walls against the ground. There are a lot of sweet cats wandering to the property.

It had a bit wear and tear. Bedsheet with holes. Dishcloth with holes. The freezer part in the fridge no longer had a door, so it quickly frosted.

Friendly people. Clean apartment. Good bed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. You can see the sea and the island of Krk. Our bicycles could be parked inside.

Cats can be a bit noisy during the night, but that is not related to the acommodation.

Nice spot about 10min drive from the sea, with beautiful view and pleasant host. Location is not hard to find, only a kilometer or so from the center of Bribir, but if you are not familiar with surroundings, be sure to contact the host for shortest directions. Nice company of local cats who come to check in on you :)

The room was basically an adapted basement and had mold in the air It was so bad that you could not sleep. When we contacted them for another room they pretended to be asleep and ended up having to sleep next to the door wide open since the odor of mold was so strong it made us cough through the night - I even slept outside for the last stretch before dawn. The room has no windows only one small door, the propery is not in the village that is specified but in a village further away in the hills. The owner was very rude over the messages in the morning stating that the room is perfect and that we wanted to wake him up from his sleep with messages and 2 calls. I am posting photos so you can see this moldy basement. I would avoid booking this property at all costs because it is a health risk!

Not particularly clean, insect infestation, bed was very uncomfortable. Despite being a nice building it’s been neglected and not maintained - wires hanging out or the wall, broken toilet seat, handles missing. Not their fault but note that as at May 2020 there are roadworks and power cuts which we weren’t told about and we didn’t have power... It’s a shame as it could be such a nice place. Disappointing overall tbh, could be much nicer with a bit more care.

Great view and kind local caretaker who did her best to help.

The place wasn't super clean & the cats kept coming in. Washing machine wasn't really accessible because other guests locked the door (but that wasn't the hosts fault)

Great view and beautiful garden. Balcony with barbecue was amazing. Very helpful hosts. Kitchen equipment was alright.
