Drinks in the bar are expensive (4 EUR for a softdrink, 5 EUR for a local beer,...). Staff could be more friendly and helpful.

Value for money, nothing more nothing less. Decent breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, good Wifi. Swimming pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop.

The hotel is not the newest and its years of operation are visible somewhere, but it is not a disturbance.

Equal distance to the old city center, 10 minutes' walk, free parking, rooftop swimming pool, fitness center... but the most important thing that makes the trip even more pleasant is the friendly and helpful staff.

Warm welcome from Bedri the barman at the restaurant. Clean, very good breakfast. Just the ground floor in the rooms was noisy a lot.

The breakfast was very good but not exceptional - bacon lacked all crispiness. However, the selection was very versatile, and the egg dishes were well prepared. For our needs the location wasn't the perfect one, we probably shouldn't booked something a bit closer to the beach, but I'm still happy with my choice.

Our room was spacious and nice, and we happened to be so lucky that the rooftop pool was still available (thanks to the exceptionally warm weather in mid October). The pool was really great. And the A/C in the room was very efficient and worked well! This is one of the most important things for me because I hate if the rooms are hot, so I was very happy.

Breakfast is very continental could do with baked beans mushrooms or fried tomato evening buffet is good but a bit on the cold side maybe a microwave oven would be a good addition the walk down to the city some say 15 minutes I think for us older folk it's more like 30 minutes the walk back is tougher as it's up hill a taxi back is expensive at 27.00 euro

The floor in the room was really squeaky. Not good when getting up during the night. We asked the maids and they said all rooms were the same. Also the shower was in the bath. I am not a fan of that.

We loved the rooftop pool and spas. It was lovely watching sunset from the infinity pool. The room was nice and large. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. The breakfast had a wide choice and was ok.

Nice hotel , easy check in and very nice rooms. The buffet omg probably one of the best I’ve had in my travelling years, you got me with the free champagne and just so much variety .

We were staying to relax before our flight home, so not an issue for us, but the hotel is a 15 min walk to the old town which may not suit everyone.

The hotel has a really great facilities - our room was a good size, the bathroom was nice, and the bed really comfy. The roof top pool area is small but really lovely- we enjoyed the views from the pool and getting to relax up there with a drink. The breakfast buffet was the best we’d had all holiday- with so many different choices.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but avoid Taxi drivers at the waterfront ripping you off. Use hotel recommended company who were prompt and very reasonable. Great Konoba restaurant just round the corner

Location is horrible, there is barely anything within a 10 min walk. You'll need to go to the centre which is a 20min walk.

Rooftop and the pool are nice. Restaurant and breakfast good. Beds comfortable. Staff friendly.

The floor of our room creeked at every step which was annoying when someone was sleeping. Also the shower's water guard was leaking so the bathroom floor would get wet everytime we used it.

It’s very difficult to find anything to criticise! We really enjoyed our visit. My only thing to say would be the lack of fresh coffee.. just because it comes from a machine. As someone who loves coffee that would be the only downside on breakfast.

Art hotel had everything you could want in a hotel. It was really good value for money with excellent facilities, location and friendly staff. Highly recommend as the best place to stay in Split!
