Room was a little small but good value.

Our host, Zaljana, was amazing, so friendly and helpful, and responded to messages really quickly. The garden was a peaceful retreat which really added to our enjoyment. The location was perfect, only 5 minutes walk to a beach and 10 minutes to the harbour and city. The room was comfortable and clean.

Beautiful building with a lovely garden with seating area where we enjoyed breakfast, ground floor studio apartment which had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were very comfortable with quality mattresses and linen. The ensuite was also fine with plenty of towels provided. A lovely quiet location but close to the centre, ferries and beaches. Our host was amazing, responses were really quick, professional, helpful and friendly.

We had a lovely stay here, it is a great location really close to the beach and a quick stroll into town so perfect to use as a base for any activity. The host is lovely and checked a few times by text during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is clean and comfortable. There is an outdoor line to dry clothes and beachwear.

the bed wasn't very comfortable

Nice place with pretty much everything you need (apart from an oven/microwave oven) for a vacation. The host is very helpful and easily reachable. The location is good especially if you want to be close to the ferries, bus station, etc. And about 15 minutes walk to the center of Split.

Everything was fine.

The owner is very receptive and accommodating. I arrived very early in the morning and could check in straight away to have a nap in a comfortable clean bed before restarting my day. Also, on the departure she allowed me to stay as long as I needed. When I asked for tea bags, they were in my room the same evening. The room itself is small but has everything you need for a short stay. The location is perfect, it's a walking distance to the old town and port, and very close to the beach and the bus station.

We came here for a family holiday as three adults, one young child and a baby so had the two downstairs studio apartments. Being by the garden was perfect for us to eat outside and for the 3 year old to run around. The studios were very comfortable and everything we needed including a washing machine and Zeljana our very kind host provided a cot and a highchair. She was in touch regularly to see if we needed anything. The house is five minutes from a sandy beach, 10 minutes from the town and bus station and there is a bakery and supermarket just up the road. There are many places to eat very nearby. It is a great location.

Perfect location between the old town and the Bacvice beach (in reality a massive outdoor swimming pool). A small but very comfortable apartment. Jelena is an excellent host, extending a helping hand on numerous occasions. We felt like family.

Despite keeping the hot water on (as instructed), there was not enough hot water for the 2 of us. It was quite loud at night (with windows open) from road noise and what we assumed were parties on the beach!

Location was superb, only ~10 minute walk to the bus station/ferry port. Beach just round the corner (which was a wonderful surprise). We spent lots of time there, going for an evening walk along the front. Nice garden to sit out in if desired, place to hang clothes etc. Apartment is small but brilliant value for money. Hob worked fine and plenty of cookware to get by (simple meals). The host is very accommodating and personable. She gave us advice about airport transfer and ensured to check-in on us via WhatsApp during our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and she provided some extras (beach towels) that we had forgotten. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location was perfect, short walk to both a lovely beach and the old town in the opposite direction. The host was fantastic.. Very helpful, understanding and quick to reply to any queries. I would definitely stay here again

we had a lovely stay. zeljana is a kind, wonderful host and was super helpful ☺️ if you want to stay somewhere safe this is the place to go to. whatever we wanted to know we could talk to her and she is so super easy to talk to the apartment is super close to the beach and the central bus station but it is really quite and you barely hear the traffic at night

The road in front of the apartment is narrow and a bit difficult to navigate but we were driving a rather large station wagon.

The apartment is in a restored 150 year old residence. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to tourist area and 5 -7 minutes to bus and train stations. A grocery store and restaurant were just two blocks from the apartment. The host, Zeljnna,, is an absolute GEM!! She met us at the apartment, showed us all the facilities and was present daily checking on any needs we might have. Her smile and love for what she is doing made us feel at home. The courtyard was a pleasant spot to met other house guests and just enjoy a beverage or two.

Perfect location if you’re traveling without a car. Close to ferry and bus terminal. Beaches, Dining, Shopping and sightseeing all minutes away. Hostess was a very warm and welcoming, answered all our questions and provided plenty of suggestions. Great stay.
