I have travelled around the world and I must say that this is by far one of the best accomodations I have had! Alen is the best there is! He will make you feel welcome and help you anyway he can. Area is peaceful and quiet but still in the walking distance from everywhere. Chooae this and you will not be dissapointed!

Everything was perfect.

The host was especially friendly and helpful and gave us useful advice to explore Split and the surrounding area. We were welcomed warmly and the guest house is located perfectly to enjoy both the city and the nature by foot. The guest house was clean and the garden and the surrounding neighborhood reflect the unique charm of Split. 10/10

I recommend this place, especially for people who want a quiet place to rest at night ;) The localisation is perfect, it's close to the centre by foot and also to grocery stores, bakery etc. The owners are very hospitable, easy to reach and always respond quickly and offer their help. The place is very clean and the Wi-Fi works well too.

The downstairs room we stayed in had a bed with endboards and big pillows. For a tall man like I the available length of 195 cm it was a little bit tight. The problem was solved with a smaller pillow (we were also offered an option to change to another room with different type of beds).

The guesthouse was centrally located but anyway in a quiet area. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us good introduction of places to visit and services available. The room looked like it was just built and Alen was actively searching ways to make it even better. We will select this place again if we ever come back to Split.

Stayed with Allan and his family for a week in August as a group of 7 teenage girls and loved our stay! The location is absolutely amazing which meant we were able to walk everywhere we wanted - really saving on travel money and also helping us explore authentically. Allan went above and beyond to help our stay be as great as possible and we felt very safe, comfortable and private there. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to explore Split and would return!

Alen was an amazing host, he was very helpful and welcoming and gave us lots of good advice and tips on where to go, eat and drink and what tours were the best value. The apartment itself was very spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable for a longer stay. The courtyard in the area is very relaxing and lovely to relax in in the evening. Short walk to center of split and free parking is available at the property.

Everything was perfect and Alen is a wonderful host. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood for such a lively city and it takes only about 8 minutes to walk to the city center or the promenade.

Really comfortable apartment with everything you need for a perfect stay. Location is 5-10min to city center but also peaceful. Alen was an extremely attentive host, he gave us great recommendations and helped us in everything he could. If we ever come back to Split, we will for sure stay here again.

Alen and his family were some of the most welcoming hosts I've experienced while travelling, the apartment has everything for an enjoyable stay with parking right outside. In a perfect spot a few minutes walk away from the old town and exploring around Marjan. Even with being close to the old town it's a really quiet and private area to relax. I'd highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to returning.

Great apartmant with all necessities for stay. Super comfy bed, space nicely organized. Nice terrace and beautiful garden. Location is perfect because is close to touristic sites, but also not in noisy area. Alen is great host with great tips on the city.

Alen was amazing, kind, friendly, helpful, the perfect host. He gave us great tips on where to go, what to see and even where to go eat and drink some great food. We had an amazing time in Split. The apartment is perfectly located for visiting or even going to beaches on foot. Would definitely recommend Kresic Guesthouse to anyone wanting a carefree time in the beautiful city of Split.

It was perfect! Alen (the host) was so nice and friendly and helped with everything we needed! He was the perfect host and the apartment was super nice, the air con was great and the house was super pretty and had a perfect location! The location was 5 min walk from the high street and in a super quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend this to a friend and to everyone considering thins place! Also Split is a nice city and super pretty! We already miss you Alen!

The owner is fun and helpful, who gave us excellent suggestions on restaurants and transports. The location of the apartment is amazing, walking distance to the main habour. The room is spacious, clean, quiet, no disturbance. It's the perfect place to chill after exploring the city.

Very nice, cosy and clean room close to the Old Town of Split (3 mins walk), but still a quiet location. Lovely seating area outside with a small garden, nice for having breakfast or some drinks after a long day. As said, Old Town, beaches, restaurants and supermarkets very close. Alen and his family were very friendly and helpful, any needs or questions were met immediately. We felt very welcome and if in Split again we would definitely stay at this place again.
