Incredibly warm welcome visiting out of season. Comfortable and spotless rooms. Special mention for the a la carte breakfast (poached eggs and burrata), delicious.

It is a little further down the coast then most properties. I like that. $6 dollars to the city.

This place will not disappoint. The rooms are as well prepared as possible. Pure silence, super clean, modern, and the balcony view was perfect. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Couldn't ask for a friendlier people. We ate everything on the hotel restaurant menu literally. ALL of the meals were high quality, cooked perfectly and priced affordability. From the time we walked in I felt like I was at my home away from home. Ivan, Maria and Mia were always available day and night to help with anything we requested. The staff seriously brought the stay to the next level. Shopping near by.

Door jamb of room makes little clicking noise that can be annoying.

There is quite a bit of construction work taking place in front of the hotel which impacted our view and overall feel of our stay.

We were upgraded to a suite and so enjoyed the comfort and added space. The hotel staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel’s proximity to the beach and value for money also stood out.

Breakfast outdoor near beach was so good. Very helpful staff at counter solved my trouble with taxi driver who charge unfair cost from downtown. Thanks a lot.

We chose to walk to the property - it was a very steep hike, but rewarded by the view at the top. I'd recommend taking a taxi if you have luggage!

The kitchen closed early one night, and I was a bit sad as I wanted to order a dessert, but it was okay. There was construction equipment all along the beach line in this area so the view of the beach from the room was not great but there was no noise during our stay which we preferred.

The variety of breakfast was nice and healthy. The staff made a lovely setup in the room for my boyfriend's birthday, and they were so lovely and accommodating. We were not close to downtown but not far, about 10 minutes in a taxi/uber. We enjoyed the quiet of our area but easy access to the port and busy areas.

New hotel, big room and very good ammenities. The staff is very kind, the really helps you. We stayed for a short period, just one night. The surrounding of the hotel is very calm and peaceful. We were in honeymoon, they prepared for us as cute and decorated room.

The Hotel is located directly on the beach and it is why we chose it. The staff was truly exceptional- they were kind, helpful, made us feel welcome, I must say I have not experienced this kind of hospitality for a long time. The room was very spacious, standard of five stars international chains.

WIFI signal lost. None of our mobile worked properly (Room 208). There was no plant based milk option for the coffee at the breakfast (what about lactose intolerant or vegan guests)?

Beach is close to the hotel. You can see the sea from the balcony. Staff is smiling always:) I let them know that I came with my gf and they helped me to make the room more romantic by scattering flower petals on the ground: my gf was happy.

The staff was very politely, helpful and supporting in every case + they all had a great humour and gave us a really fun dialog every time we met. My car got towed away because I was parking somewhere i shouldn't have been parking.. the manager tried to reach out to me, but i haven't been at the hotel at the time. After i came back to the hotel the manager drove me by himself to the location where i could take back my car.

Had a great time in the hotel as a solo traveller. Everyone took great care of me, the staff was very helpful, serviceminded and found solutions. The location is great because you're situated next to a lovely beach with clear blue water and plenty of trees to protect you if you want to hide from the sun during peak hours. Making it very easy to walk down with flip flops after breakfast. The rooms was so good value for the money. Lots of space, bathroom is just the way you want it, bed was very comfortable and you get a view of the ocean straight from your balcony where you can even tan. Compare this to the inner city hotels where you either pay double to get something of the same value or you get a claustrophobic apartment style hotel with 60's interior. Breakfast top class with some local treats which were delicious and damn good espresso if you ask for it over at the bar. The restaurant surprised me with how good it was - so you don't actually have to go hunting for restaurants in the area because you have a great one right where you are staying. You're biggest issue will probably be that it's a bit out of town but buses go very regularly to Split centre (10-15 mins away) and you got tons of Uber drivers in the area so you barely have to wait. But, being outside of the innercity madness is a welcomed one because here it's more peaceful and the beach is not as stacked as in other places making it ideal. I'm definately coming back.

In the heat is is too far to walk into town.

It is right on the beach so fantastic location and only a €6 urber into central split. The staff are amazing and they organised a tasty birthday cake for us.
