There were ants in one of the room's corners. Also we received only one key despite the apartment being for two people. We were told it was meant for couples who are expected to go out together all the time but since that wasn't the case we had to organize ourselves so that the one with the key would always have to be home before the other.

Good value for money. Location is right at the center of the Old Town, so everything me and my dad wanted to visit was max 10 minutes away. We had all major streaming services set up in our room with access to everything. The rooms were very spacious. The personnel was friendly.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable and also it was chilling in the bedroom cause it was raining. Also, if they can add some toaster or griller in the kitchen, it would help a lot of people.

The couch was really old and sticky. A bit confusing with check-in procedures, but luckily their customer service team is very fast to assist!

A bit old fashion and used. But a lot of space and very convenient with the lovely balcony. There is a washing machine and quite a large bathroom to use. Air conditioning is working perfectly. Location is excellent and the service team is fast and always willing to assist.

The noise. Starting from 5-6 in the morning untill late after midnight. People in the streete, garbage trucks, delivery trucks, neighbours... Sofa was not comfy for two persons.

The location is right in the center of the old town, so close to everything. Clean and tidy, had everything we needed: small kitchen with everything included, even a washing machine in the bathroom.

The accommodation was right in the center of Zadar, it was small and clean, with no kitchen, ideal for two for a couple of days. Great value for the money.

Quite many things I did not like: - double bed but only one (double) sheet - extra sheet was provided on the following day by the maid - terribly hard mattress - there was no topper mattress for comfort - lousiest pillows in an accomodation ever: flat, shapless and like filled with cotton balls - room key needed for electricity (key in the hole on the wall): in your absence no electricity - in summer heat the temperatures rise without A/C fast, storing food or beverages impossible for longer absences, so is charging gadgets - A/C unit was loud (on the other hand, it overpowers the noices from the pedestrian street) - The maid was making noise behind the doors already at 9 AM. - Breakfast on a menu was served in a near-by restaurant Hedonist against a voucher: one coffee/tea + one menu item (highest price 9 euros) --> you get more for your money by going elsewhere. - No reply for emails. - Not a hotel (which I should have realised earlier) but it is always to gather experiences of solutions that you know are not for you, for the next time.

As other travellers have written, the central location was the main plus here. Also fridge. Communication through WhatsApp prompt. The crafty interior decoration solutions gave me a smile - they may have looked good a few years ago.

Could have been better if we had the option of leaving keys somewhere when checking out. We only just had time to check out before we had to leave for the bus to the airport. Other than that al was great

The place was a fantastic location and had everything we needed. The beach was lovely. The sea organ is a must! gorgeous sunset location. We walked to the ferry port for a day out took 50minutes and was easy to navigate. Evenings were lovely with places to eat and drink. The bakeries are out of this world and so cheap, we set ourselves up for the day in those (waistlines increased though). Greta baseline for trips out. Such a quaint little town in the old town area.

Excellent A to Z, ,location is the best in the City, Apartment is impeccable, clean, amenities are A+,waterfront, stores,markets,pharmacy, restaurants and Night spots are all within couple of minutes of walking distance, Agency they use is excellent and professional, the owners of Ivona place Žarko and his wife are attentive without being intrusive and will ask you if all is ok or if you have any remarks. Classy. Definitely in the upper league of BNB places not only in Zadar but comparable to nice places on different Continents, .Thank you,keep it up and good luck.
