I didn't know, couldn't open the window shutters, really wanted the sunlight gets into room

I hit my head on the low sloping ceiling over the bed. Building noise outside from 07:00 (not the responsibility of the owners). Building noise in an adjacent room with hammering into the evening (the owners). Dodgy bedside lamp went bang and smelt of burning plastic.

Convenient location, near the bus station, shops and port. Plenty of local buses to the old city or other parts of Dubrovnik. Friendly welcome. Cosy room. No traffic noise.

Everything was perfect!

The hostess was exceptional kind and welcoming. When I realized that I only had 10 minutes to get to the bus station, she had hee husband drive me there! They are fantastic people! Thank you!

One of the best places we have ever stayed and such amazing value for money! The hosts are so lovely and always on hand to help, the room was lovely and the location is perfect- you can get everywhere so easily on the buses. Jele also gave us so many tips and recommendations. Everything was so clean too! Can't wait to come and stay again next year!

The room itself is really clean and well equipped with a fridge, kettle and even air conditioner! The owner is the nicest person I've ever met, so helpful with everything what I've needed and with recommendation about what to do and how or where to go. I'm totally recommending! :)

We were welcomed by our beautiful host and her husband, helping us get our luggage up the stairs! We then had a thorough explanation about the town and where to go and the tours etc. Can absolutely recommend staying here!

Broken washing machine door. It works but need to be closed in a certain way. No road to the property,has lot of steps to climb with the luggage but host very helpful.

Jela- host looks after all guests like a mother.She is very friendly,kind and gives you tips on local travel and taxi. Very safe and caring,always helpful giving plenty of toys and sweets for children.Highly recommended.

The most important thing was that there was efficient air conditioning during the heat reaching 37 degrees, comfortable beds - exactly what we needed. Nikolina and her mother deserve for a gold medal. We felt like in a 5-star hotel. They speak English perfectly, which definitely helps in communication. The location is very good - there are many wine bars around the port... their prices are moderate compared to the prices in the old town. 15 minutes walk to nearest beach. We had a successful stay - we recommend it!

The location is perfect for the ferry port. Buses into Dubrovnik and the old town are around the corner. Plenty of space for a group of 3. The host was lovely and very friendly and helpful.

Jele, our host (mother of the owner I believe) was absolutely adorable and became our adopted grandma in Dubrovnik. We were greeted with cold juice and she provided us with a comprehensive introduction to Dubrovnik, full of information regarding transport and things to do. She kindly offered to do our laundry, which was not an insignificant task as her washing machine was broken so she did it all by hand(!). She was nothing short of amazing. The room itself was clean and well equipped, including a wardrobe, TV, DVD player, kettle, complimentary tea/coffee and more. The shared shower room/toilet was equally clean and well equipped with all manner of toiletries including disposable razors, shower caps, shower gel etc... Overall staying here was a lovely experience, excellent value for money and exceeded all expectations.
