Everything! The room is comfortable with a nice private shower and toilet, air conditioner, security box, there’s also a fridge, in the room,but if you want, there’s also a common kitchen. The location is just perfect, 10 min walking to the bus station and to the city center. Danielja the one who received us, is super gentle, always aware of anything we needed, also, and important thing that we really appreciated, was that we arrived early thinking to leave the bags while we could do the check in, but the room was ready, and she allowed us to check in early 🤩

Great location, only 5 mins walk from port of Split. Danijela had the room cleaned for us to allow for early check in which was so kind. Facilities were fantastic. Location was quiet at night.

The owner Daniela was fantastic to us. She allowed us to leave our luggage earlier. She helped me with any requested I had. We really enjoyed the central location of the place (5 minutes walk to Old town, market, bus station, bakery and promenade) Room was very clean and had all things we needed. Highly recommend the place.

Davor is really helpfull and will give you exceptionnal service; the location is so charming in old Split but immediately close to the very center in a absolutely quiet area. You will be able to use a collective kitchen;

Better instructions on how to find the building as it is located round the back of the street and difficult to find until we asked some locals. The beds are pretty narrow but fine for a short stay.

Although a small room, it was well laid out so the bathroom was spacious and it provided everything we needed for 2 nights. The main advantage was how close it was to both the ferry where we arrived from and also to the old town. Good air-con, helped by the small size of the room.

The location is perfect, near the beach and the old town. It’s quiet and spotless and the owners were so helpful.

When the room window was closed and the bathroom fan was on (and it turned on automatically when the light was on,) the bathroom quickly smelled liked sewer. I complained and they just said to keep the window open. This was fine when I was there but if it was hotter I'd have needed to close the window to use the air-conditioning. Talking about the air-conditioning, I'm not sure it worked. I only tried to use it once because temperatures were fairly comfortable while I was there but while it turned on and was set to a cooler temperature than the room, it didn't seem to cool the air at all.

The location was great. It was very close to the center of town and all the touristy places without being in it (so it was a little quieter.) I also got their airport transfer, which was more convenient than the bus and cheaper than going through an outside company or taking a taxi. The beds were comfortable.

The bed was far too soft and I had to put the mattress topper on the floor and sleep on the that. It was also very noisy. I would have expected something better considering the price.

The location is perfect. Close to the port and the old town, but also away from the hussle and bussle and in a slightly cheaper area.
