Strange smell from the bathrooms

Smooth check in, responsive host, everything was as advertised. We even had 2 roll out beds prepared for us upon arrival in the living room which really helped our group of 6 guests. View is great, can even see the sunset!

Well, hillside - you have to climb a bit on good road, not difficult but mind the exersize :)

Modern, clean and spatious apartment located on the hill side on north outskirts of Dubrovnik (easy 20-min bus connection to the town center). Seaside view, quiet place, few people and well-equiped appartment, dishwasher, waching machine and stable wi-fi included as well as free parking. Nice and friendly staff, competitive price - would recommend to rent!

Great size, location and quality. The host was very welcoming and supporting. There were plenty of amenities. It’s quiet but nice from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Only €5 taxi each way. Well worth it.

Apartment was very well maintained with all the necessary stuff needed for a short stay. Location was great and didn’t pay additional for parking. Staff (Erika) was very helpful. She provided us great recommendations for the places to visit and food. Overall, it was a great experience!!

Location was perfect. Places to eat and shop nearby. Beach only a short walk away. Loved staying here. Dora who met us there was extremely helpful. We all really liked her.

Location. At this time no restaurants nearby as they said closed for winter season. But not a big problem, Uber to city center 6 euros.

Very clean apartment excellent location the view is stunning It Gave the impression of a Grandma's flat which we really liked also all the facilities were Excellent. I would stay there again also the connections and communications with Erica were very smooth clear and to the point. The location is near the beaches and bay. Very confettible parking spot.

Kore or less 10 steps of stairs ging down to the doorstep. But its good we have a private drivers who helped us bring down and up our luggages.

Some of dishes & cups where in washing machine. Didn't figure it out at first, so for first rounds I was in lack of coffee cups.

Nice view from top floor balcony. tremendous compilation of movie channels on TV. Great guidance form reception regarding facilities, transport options, places to see.

Climbing 2 sets of stairs with suitcases was a challenge, but the facility is very conveniently located to visit old town, which is a bus ride away. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything, and messaged us that we had forgotten stuff when we checked out. They organised for us to collect it after hours. Thanks very much.

I would like to leave a review about our superfine stay in Pervanovo Apartments. I travel a lot, but this is the first time I have been amazed by such a first-class quality of the service provided. It was our first visit to Dubrovnik, and I have to say that according to all criteria — location (proximity to two beaches 6-7 minutes walk), the district itself (calm, but there is activity for everyone), friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room — the hotel gets 10+ out of 10. In our apartments we had EVERYTHING we needed: 2 rooms, a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin and a bidet + excellent washing machine a kitchen (with a dishwasher and small things like pepper, salt, coffee creamers), as a bonus — a gorgeous terrace with an amazing sea and mountain view, where we could enjoy watching big ships. On the terrace there were chairs, umbrellas, a table — everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would also like to thank the hotel managers who were in touch with us for every request we had, organized a round-trip transfer, met us on the day of our check-in and explained everything in detail :) Of course the sea is worth a special mention! The sea was clean, comfortable temperature and calm. The nearest beaches are not overcrowded, and that was an important point for us. It’s so good that in September we were lucky not only with the vacation, but also with this hotel :) We hope that we will be able to come here more than once!

All 7 of us really liked this apartment. Bang on.

As a group of bikers touring Croatia this accomodation met all our needs, the host was very friendly and welcoming it also has private parking and kitchen facilities to sort a breakfast out if req. This place has heaps of room and was exceptionally clean, ... a good 15 min walk to the beach and 10 mins to a chemist and supermarket but for the price was perfect for us. Thankyou Neil.
