The host Mario was incredible - he went out of his way to provide us with an incredible experience during our time in Split. He is the most humble and gracious man who wants to give all of his guests the best experience. The flat is immaculate and clean, well decorated, and has a great location. Guests have access to bikes (Mario kindly provided us with a toddler attachment as we have a 3yr old) and cycling is a great way to explore Split. Mario went out of his way to stock up the fridge with fresh food, bread, and homemade honey. He constantly went out of his way to make us feel at home from showing us his bees, taking us on a tour around Split to providing our daughter with snacks, a colouring book, and fresh fruit. Mario has thought of everything that his guests might want and gone above and beyond to provide it for them. The apartment is brilliant, and the host is incredible. He deserves a 100 out of 10 and we are so glad that we booked this apartment as Mario made our stay in Split memorable. We would definitely book again and will be recommending this apartment to friends and family.

A beautifully kitted, sunny, and airy apartment in a safe residential area within walking distance to the Old Town, marina, football stadium, and the mall. The apartment has all the homey comforts you could possibly need, with added extra fine touches. All equipment are in excellent condition. Both the bed and the sofa bed are very comfortable. Free use of bikes and parking made room for spontaneity and ensured a hassle-free holiday. We particularly enjoyed riding bikes through the beautiful Marjan Forest Park, the entrance to which is less than 5 minutes by bike from the property. Crowd management when there's a match on at the stadium is excellent, so other than road traffic slowing down before and after a match, there is nothing to worry about. Since going around the old town on our first evening in Split, we have no regrets having chosen to stay at this property instead of the centre, for its proximity to all other areas of interest in Split, ease of getting out of town, and the calm surroundings. The owners, who also live in the building, are real gems! Communication is always clear and precise, and their recommendations are excellent! We kept a chat open throughout our stay for questions we might have, not just about the apartment but the city itself and other places we wanted to visit. They are very respectful of our privacy and space while also being as available as they can to assist us when needed. They are very sincere people, and we enjoyed every interaction with them. Staying here was a very wholesome experience. I highly recommend staying at Pinnacle.

Mario, the host, was absolutely exceptional and went way beyond expectations to make our stay special in every way. We ended up spending extra time with Mario and invited him to join us for dinner after he waited and picked us up from the airport after flight delays and a lengthy immigration line. Spending time with Mario was one of the highlights of our trip to Croatia. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and the refrigerator came fully stocked for our stay. We loved sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise while we ate breakfast. The location was great too. Overall, everything about our stay was exceptional!

There is nothing I didn't like about the stay!! Mario was the best host I have ever had, and I travel a lot. He went out of his way, including stocking the fridge with breakfast foods, which we weren't expecting. The apartment was modern and spotless, and all the little things were thought of. His communication was exceptional, and he suggested so much to us but wasn't intrusive. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer!! Don't hesitate to book this apartment. The apartment was super modern & clean and had every amenity that we needed during our stay. The bed was really comfy and there was aircon in both rooms. The use of the bicycles was a real bonus and we used them everyday to explore the town of Split and the surrounding areas. From the point of booking, Mario made sure that we had the best experience. The apartment is well located, only a 10 minute walk to the town or a couple of minutes in an Uber. Mario is wonderful and you can feel his passion for hospitality and the love and thought he has put in this apartment. We loved the spacious living and kitchen area, the comfy bed and modern bathroom, the balcony, the tasteful decoration and all the extra details, like food items, honey from Mario's own bees, excellent coffee, washing machine, Spotify player, beach towels, bikes etc. The old town is just a 10 minute bike ride away and Mario has heaps of tips on places to go and things to see in Split. The owner of the apartment, Mario, is really nice, friendly and helpful person. He tried to do this best in every our request and needs. We were travelling with our 2,5 old son and Mario arranged for him the cycling child seat and helmet for free that we could use the bikes and discovered Split. From the start we had open communication with Mario, who is the best host we have ever encountered on our travels. He checked our arrival times to ensure we had ease of access to the property, he offered to pick us up from the port. He had the fridge stocked with items that we liked, the bathroom is fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of. The unit was cleaned and styled to perfection. Mario has thought of everything you could possibly need! He had Brochures for all the activities. He provided us with a list of his recommendations of local cuisine that were amazing everytime! We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pinnacle Apartment in Split, and it was a nice experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, with every detail taken care of, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Mario is a wonderful host, he gave us a detailed tour of the apartment and also explained what we can visit. He had a very carefully drafted playlist on youtube to guide travellers about Split and Croatia, which was super helpful. Other than this he was kind enough to recommend a couple of vegetarian restaurants to us which served delicious food. One thing that stood out to us was how well-equipped the apartment was. It seemed like everything we needed was right at our fingertips. From the towels provided for both the bathroom and the beach to the dishwasher and kitchen equipment, the hosts had thought of everything to ensure our convenience and comfort. They also ensure to have basic groceries and fruits to make our stay comfortable. There were even games and dart board setups to enjoy when at home.

The apartment is so well decorated and homely with every amenity you could need, we felt very spoilt with our every need met. Mario is a brilliant host and great guy, providing everything that you could possibly need and always at hand to help or offer great recommendations (he gave us great tips about local restaurants and beaches) - the bikes provided really added to our stay and allowed us to explore the local park, beaches and kayaking.
