Hospitality of the owner. He didn't allow us to get in to the room, until he got our information. So he told me to send ID number via booking.com application. But he should know that we're not able to send any images via the app. I told that the 2 rooms were paid at least let us get in as we have 3 kids. The answer was "I don't care", he said. I was like what !!!...spéchless.

Good location, seaview rooms. Tiny, yet functional kitchen. I book 2 rooms. One bedroom I got was good, however 2bedrooms was not good as there's only one window facing sea.

Small bed is not very comfortable and due to tide changes (I think) as you are on the waterfront, the smell of sewage can become a bit strong through bathroom vents, so we had to learn to be extra careful about keeping bathroom doors closed and airing out the apartment especially in the mornings.

Location, size, quality of the space and general cleanliness. Amazing views from the apartment and really can't have a better location right on the Riva, but with solid windows etc. so no noise issues. Apartment really suprisingly large and comfortable. Wonderful place for a family.

Some of the shutters were not operating correctly. The cords were stuck in the release hold. The front door of the apartment was slightly difficult to open with the key - but we got used to it and it worked ok. It appears that the door is slightly damaged.

- Needs better sound isolation, you hear everything what’s happening on the street. We couldn’t sleep without noise canceling headphones. - The locks on the door and the door itself need to be renewed, both are pretty week and does not feel very secure.

There were no tea towels in the kitchen to be able to dry the dishes.

The check in process was smooth and communication with the host was easy. The location was excellent and the apartment was very clean and airy and lift was an added bonus to lugging suitcases up to the floor. Clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchenette and a view that was absolutely perfect.

2nd bedroom is very small and only has one room. If sleeping 5, 2 have to sleep on sofa in living room - which apparently was a bit uncomfortable.

The water heater is too small for multiple back to back long showers for 3 people, but this is a very minor issue. The parking is not easy, but that is just how it is for anybody who wants to stay in this very safe and top notch location! The view is wonderful! Probably had THE BEST view of the downtown waterfront!

I could have just sat from our balcony and had a great time, but it was also so nice to walk just outside and be in the old town with all the many things to do. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and HIGHLY recommend!

If you are sound sensitive keep in mind that this is city center and might be loudly on the streets. JFYI apartment has not kitchen and in my case no balcony (so be attentive to apt description). After heavy rain there was some unpleasant smell from the sewerage.

Nice big apartment in the old building with view on the port. Some windows face port (in living room), some face old town (main bedroom) and some ruins of the old wall (second bedroom and restroom). Easy self checkin. A lot of restaurants right near. Amazing market with fruits, veggies and souvenirs 2 min of walking. Lift in the building. Expensive parking 2 min from the apartment and less expensive 10 min of walking.
