The location was perfect, close to restaurants and all tourist spots. Our room was super clean and had a really nice view. The owner was super helpful and nice! I unfortunately did not read that the payment should be cash only - so please take note of that.

The room was part of a floor with about six rooms available to rent, with the owner and his wife staying next to the entrance. It is up two flights of steps (no lift), so this might be a problem for some people. The location is right in the heart of the old town and a busy area, yet I did not have any noise problems due to the sound insulation of the windows. If you take the airport bus, go all the way to the end of the line (waterfront bus stop) - don't get off at the bus station. From the waterfront bus stop, it's only about a ten-minute walk to the accommodations. The bed was excellent - huge and comfortable - and there was a sofa as well. The wardrobe was large and there was a dining table with a small refrigerator underneath. The shower room was small but contained everything you would need, and it was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. The huge TV was excellent, with smart TV functions (like YouTube). The wi-fi was fine. The host is very hospitable and helpful. I would gladly stay again next time I'm in Zadar, an interesting and historic city with a resort vibe and a beautiful natural setting.

We really enjoyed our stay at the room, amazing location in the middle of the old city ( close to everything). Additionally the owner is very friendly and helpful, we received a very nice welcoming ( he provided us with all the necessary details, map, and recommandations what to visit...)
