Actually, everything was very good, the only improvement advice I would give is that the 2 beds, although the bedframe is metal, the mattress' support are made of wood that has probably seen better days. (I always feared I would break it if I sat to quick on the bed).

Very nice and attentive host, she was on top of our needs and helped us resolve a parking related issue we had. The air conditioner was flawless, and the rooms had a very good external-isolation from temperature and sound. We slept soundly every single night. Good location on the old-town, nice bars and restaurants available, parking facilities, and grocery stores. The coast was just 500 mts away and it had a good highway access.

Ingrid is a lovely person. She answers all your questions patiently and you can profit from her experience and advice. The location is next door to the city-center, you can reach everything in a few minutes walking distance. A perfect place to start to discover Rijeka.

The house is in the very center of the city, everything is incredibly close. Well-equipped apartment in the middle of a busy city with "own oasis of calm" - terrace - luxury. Mrs. Ingrid is an incredibly kind and helpful owner, she will give many good advices and recommendations (transportation, shopping, beaches,...) We will remember for a long time and highly recommend. We will definitely come back.

Very dark apartment even with all windows open.

Location. The apartment has everything you need. (Just a tiny suggestion to the owner - from time to time change the map you provide to the guests. We were very grateful for all the tips we got from you but when you mark it in the map where there are already 100 other marks from previous guests it is very confusing and after a moment useless;). Otherwise thank you!

Everything was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed. The owner is very nice and helpful. The key was stored in a safe in front of the door. After checking out of the room, we were able to store our suitcases in the storage room for the whole day. The room was really clean and nice. There was silence at night. We could not find better accommodation.

The WI-FI was very week, we could make a benefit of it only in the kitchen. The rule about the cleaning requirement was not clear during the booking process.

It is a in a very good spot in town, close to everything. Not modern, but very cosy and not hot. We did not even need to use the AC. It has a “Woodstock style” private garden in the courtyard we loved very much.

The room we rented is a part of what once was a big apartment that got separated into 2 different accomodations, so the entrance door is shared but every room has additional separate doors each, and also separate bathroom and kitchen so I guess it is okay as long as the neighbors are okay people. Also, the building is old so you might meet a stale smell if you keep the windows closed (of course, this is not the owner's fault)

The walls were very thin so the noise from the next door apartment was loud on the Saturday night

The location was really close to the centre of Rijeka. The apartment was clean & had everything we needed. Ingrid was very informative & helpful, allowing us to leave our bags upon checkout.
