Marco is a very friendly talkative and helpful host. The room is just 100 meters from the old house entrance and was very well equipped. It also offers a private parking. I would definitely stay again!

The location is amazing, close to the city, yet far from the crazy nightlife. The apartment is well equipped and it's big and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here. We arrived late as our flight was delayed, and the host was amazing for coming at 1am and explaining all the information in detail.

This was not really a problem for us, but there are a lot of steps up to the apartment, but then if you can't manage steps, you probably won't like Split vey much.

Spacious and comfortable appartment, just a few minutes walk from Diocletian's Palace and the old town. The location would be hard to beat, very close to all amenities, but quiet at night. Good air conditioning and hot water systems. Very helpful meeting with the owner, Marko, on arrival.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The host Marko was welcoming and met us at check in and was very kind to give us lots of great advice and tips for our first stay in Split. The apartment is very well located and super close to the old town. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and I would definitely come back here to stay for our next trip to Croatia.

Only downside is the property was in need of an elevator as it has 4 floors.

Could have done with more pillows 😊 and a welcome hamper would be 👌 Also a few minor maintenance issues (knobs missing, kettle lid broken) but didn’t impact on our stay.

Apartment is lovely inside and nicely decorated. Easy to walk to Old Town Split, we spent so much time wandering around. Apartment is close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Marko gave us a great overview of where the apartment was located, where parking was available, other day trips in the area.
