Wonderful apartment, specious, clean with breathtaking view. It has all the necessary facilities. The location is perfect: 15 minutes walk to the center of Dubrovnik. There are some nice restaurants in the area and there is very nice beach just minutes walk away.

The apartment location and views are stunning. The balcony was wonderful on a sunny day. Shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Great local bus links mere minutes away and 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. We had a sublime few days. Hosts were great and apartment very well equipped.

An excellent apartment. Very roomy, beautiful view, and fantastic location. We were a family of 4 and were extremely comfortable. The host was very helpful and made sure our stay was great. Only 10 mins walk to the old town and a few mins walk from the fantastic Bellevue beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay in appartment Bellaria, the appartment has an amazing view, just a short walk from the old town and near a lovely swimming area. It was spotless . The hosts were so nice and helpful, letting us check out late and leave our cases as the next guests were arriving later in the day. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there if visiting Dubrovnik again.

the owners were very friendly and helpful. Even even the wasmachine was broken They took our laundry to wash. The appartement is bear by a small beach and near by the old town. The view was incredible

Great location and fantastic views. Less than 5 minutes walk to a beach with scenic cave and 15 minutes walk to Old town. The apartment had all facilities we needed. We will go back again.

We were very pleased with the apartment. We stayed three nights and could never get tired of the view! It’s really a 5-star location, nearby to Old Town (10 min walk), the beach (5 mins), and situated next to Hotel Bellevue and the Rixos. The value is perfect. Hotels could easily cost you triple the price in peak season, but here you have the same view or even better. The kitchen is newly remodeled with all that you need and both bedrooms and the living space have a/c, which was really a live saver in the July heat! We slept very well in the beds and though the balcony doesn’t have furniture, you can easily bring some chairs up to enjoy the view morning or night. Stijepo was a great host—very responsive and helpful with answering questions throughout our stay. There was a welcome gift of bottled water in the fridge, nice candies and local liquor - very nice touch! Most importantly, we arrived late by ferry from Split (21:30) and he was so gracious about meeting us this late at the apartment to check in. We really appreciated that! He also shared one of the best tips of the trip: a local taxi service and the price you can expect to pay, which was helpful with the different currency. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we’d recommend the apartment to anyone!

It should be possible to turn off the lights in the master bedroom completely. Even with the lights switch off some led lights were still on. I understand this sounds strange and indeed it was.

We stayed at this charming 2-bedroom apartment for 2 nights at the end of a 17-day trip to Croatia. The host was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check a bit early on a rainy day. The location is about a 15-minute walk to Old Town, which I thought was perfect. Away from the noise and chaos but close enough to walk or a very quick bus ride. The views from the apartment are stunning. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and both are quiet and dark with AC. There is one bathroom upstairs with a shower and a washing machine. There is also a half bath downstairs. The apartment has charming decor and style. The only thing that surprised me was there was no shampoo or body soap. We had been staying at hotels so we didn’t have these. However, there is a small grocery store across the street where we could buy these, total cost was $4, so no big deal. Our friends stayed at the Hotel Bellevue about 75 yards away and paid $750 per night. We had a better view!!

our host was very friendly and very responsive with communication via booking messages. No issues while we stayed. Fantastic location. Great views. Easy walkability to anything we needed including lovely beach in a cove nearby/below from balcony. Nice fully equipped kitchen and even has a washer.

The street was pretty noisy busy with traffic through night but location was fab and happy to compromise on this ! The air con helped fill out the sound during the night !
