An excellent location either for visiting the nearby beaches on foot or as a starting point for discovering the island by car (it has its own parking lot nearby). The apartment has two air conditioners, a nice bathroom and a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, we lacked nothing. Of course, as others have mentioned, the host was really welcoming and helpful.

Everything was highly above our expectations. Host was extremly polite and friendly. Apartman was perfect and we were surprised how the host welcomed us with warm meal. What ever we needed, it was already in apartment (fresh fruit, wine, water, new sponges, dishwasher detergent, etc) i would recommended it to everyone and for sure will stay there, next time in Komiza

The host Teuta was very friendly an gave us a pleasent welcome with some homemade specialities from the island. The app was very tidy and we found all things you need for a nice stay. We would definitely come back.

There was nothing to dislike.

Simply the best! Why?: 1)Top notch kitchen appliances & cooking utensils 2)Top notch shower & bathroom deco 3)The apartment has been decorated with love and a sense of detail which gives it a homely feel. 4)All windows have been provided with mosquito net and electric blackouts. 5)Quiet location but still within walking distance (5 min) of restaurants and beaches 6)100% privacy 7)Some fruits, coffee & tea, wine, olive oil etc. were being provided 8)The appartment was perfectly clean. Last but not least: Teuta, the owner, is a discreet but helpful person. In other words: Simply the best and better than all the rest!

The host (Teuta) is so friendly and welcoming person. The property, Villa Katarin, amazed us with its look, comfort, location and modern equipment (kitchen/living room). Also, the terrace is so lovely. Located literally 5 minutes of easy walk from the town centre with nice beaches nearby! Great pick for anyone coming to Komiža!

This is one of the best apartments in Croatia we've booked so far! It has absolutely everything you need, it is very close to the city center and the beaches and Teuta is a the most kind and helpful host. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (pots, pans, sharp knives), there were even some basic condiments available (oil, balsamic, salt and pepper) and Teuta left for us a bunch of coffee, cappuccinos and a bowl filled with locally grown lemons and oranges. This was the first time we traveled with our one year old dog Floki, and Teuta was very kind host to him as well and even surprised him with a small welcoming gift and made a local delicacy for us - Komiška pogača. Next time we come to Komiža, we'll definitively come back to Vila Katarin!

The host was amazing, we were welcomed with some local food upon our arrival. The location is great, only 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants, store, etc. Apartment is clean and has everything you will need.

Villa Katarin is amazing place, you can definitely feel there like home :) our first impression? Apartment smelt super cool - fresh towels in bathroom (a lot of towels!), fresh sheets in bedroom, a whole bowl of lemons and oranges in the kitchen, on the kitchen table there was a snack waiting for us - a delicacy of Komiza - komiška pogača (super nice gesture ❤️). Teuta's apartment is extremely clean and fully equipped : washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hair dryer, wifi in whole place, access to netflix, a vacuum cleaner left at the disposal of guests, a lot of different frying pans, and many many more! What was a nice suprice to us it is than in the kitchen we found sterile packed clean sponges and cloths! Finally, I must add that the apartment is simply beautiful, as you can see an the pictures (its all the same in real), and Teuta is perfect host - nice, friendly and helpful, she even waited for us at the bus stop, and in our last day as a "goodbye" she give us a cute gifts ❤️ we're definitely looking forward to come back to her place as soon as we can :)

Fantastic modern apartment in a great location near the bars, restaurants & beaches of Komiza. Quiet spot with a superb terrace and view of Bisevo island. Everything needed and newly refurbished to great spec. Highly recommended!

I wish we could stay longer.

Mrs. Teuta's apartment is new, modernly equipped and much more beautiful than in the pictures! It is spacious enough for a smaller family. The terrace is beautiful. The location is excellent - the apartment is located in the center of Komiza near all amenities, and far enough away from the noise. Mrs. Teuta was extremely kind and hospitable. Highly recommended.

Everything about this apartment is amazing! It's clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Situated in the center, easy walk to public transport. And last but not the least - Teuta (the host) is very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
