Location is just perfect: Quiet and in front of the sea. Best apartment we had during our stay in Croatia. Beds are very comfy. Host is very kind and helpful... The paddles that were put at our disposal were great. We definitely recommend Villa lavanda Deluxe

This is your perfect spot on Adriatic Coast for a more quiet vacation with beach right down the stairs, incredible view, modern comfortable villa and restaurants and stores in walking distance. Just want to start by saying this a rare find. I researched for 3 days lots of properties including hotels, villas, apartments and when I saw this booking I knew exactly I am going for it. Host Snezhana was very nice, friendly and attentive. She met us late in the evening upon arrival and early in the morning on departure :) We received an amazing present at our mom's bday it was a delicious homemade apple strudel (even we didn't even mention about bday: ) so it was a big surprise :) and upon departure we received a nice bottle of red wine! The property is modern, neat and clean, the private beach is right down the stairs. The view is incredible. Overall this is an amazing option for a more quiet vacation in a beautiful spot of serenity away from crowds and noise. Exactly what I was looking for. The restaurants and stores are walking (15 min) or driving (5 min) distance. For restaurants I recommend Oliveo we dined there twice. We drove, there's parking available. Mini - for too soft beds and not enough space around dining table in app 4. Supermarket is 1.3km up the hill, so mind that :)

This is a perfect place to enjoy peaceful and relaxing holidays without the hustle and bustle of crowded beaches. We liked everything here, the villa, its surroundings, the view of the sea. In reality the place looks even better than in the photos on booking.

Not much within walking distance.

Lovely place. The staff is really careful (even got a complimentary freshly made pie in the middle of our stay). Sun sets right at your feet. Near a cute small town with restaurants. If you hear a gentle horn outside at around 8:30, it’s the bakery van passing by and selling fresh bread! Fells like home. The lady keeper is really sweet.

It was perfect!

Finally I have found a perfect place to stay in Croatia. The Host was lovelly and caring. We even got a apple pie on Sunday! and a abottle of vine as a goodbye present! The apartment was spacecous, bright, clean and well furnished! We had a big tarrace with amazing view. Every 3 days towels and bed linens were changed! Kitchen had everything what we need! WiFi is perfect even works on the beach! The house has a beautiful garden, and is just at the seashore. The are many sunbeds and umbrelas, and it is quiet and relaxing! It takes only 25min walk to Razanj where you find small quiet town with a few restaurants, a supermarket, and harbour, you can take a boat taxi and go to bigger Rogoznica very easly. When you go in oposite direction you will see the most beautiful sunset ever, at Planka Beach next to the small old church. We will be back next summer!

It was all great!

It is right on the water. We snorkelled a few times every day. There is no reef but there are many pretty fish too look at. The apartment is super clean, with my son being allergic to dust mites, I really appreciated it. Beds were comfortable and there are black out shutters. The owners are really helpful and obliging. We really loved it our stay.

Everything in Villa Lavanda is just perfect. View at the sea, private beach, superb clean apartment with 2 bedrooms and beautifull view. Quiet place for relax, sun and sea bathing. View is great, location also - pleasant walk 20 minutes to the village center, where we ate each night and went shopping for breakfast each morning. Owners are extremely nice, helpfull and welcoming. I would definitelly recommend this place to everyone, especially to adults (couples or families with bigger children). The apartment exceeded our expectations.
