Couldn’t fault anything. If you are looking for the place around the Dubrovnik - this is the one.

- Spectacular view, - Close to the beach (actually few beaches) with pristine clear water, - Very clean and neat property, - Photos true to the property, - The best of all were the most amazing and welcoming hosts you can possibly imagine. Me and my wife are on 6 week holiday, being already in 18 different places (B&Bs, hotels etc.), but no-one so far was as kind and welcoming as Paula and Drago. We were greeted with a refreshing drinks and the host provided us with the detailed guidance on the area including restaurants, activities and tips. Having a nice chat, felt like being around good, old friends. Cannot express enough how lucky we were picking Villa Panorama from all the other properties. Highly recommended.

Paula and Drago were exceptional hosts and made us feel like we were their only guests. We were cooked a delicious breakfast and Paula organized a water taxi to take us to a local island for the day. The room was spacious, clean and had a balcony overlooking the ocean. There are two beaches within walking distance and many more only minutes drive away. Paula and Drago were extremely accommodating to our last minute travel plans and had the room ready for us within an hour. Also key was the free parking as we were traveling the coast of Croatia and had previously tried to stay in Old Town Dubrovnik where the parking was €100 per day! Overall highly recommend Villa Panorama!

There was nothing to not like, I wish we could stay a little bit longer.

Paula and Drago were wonderful. Their place is very clean, you feel like you are at home. Breakfast, relaxing nights with our hosts (friends) were unforgettable. Both, Paula and Drago went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The view is breathtaking, with easy access to the beach and boat transportation to Dubrovnik. Definetly, one of the best vacation.

I recently had an incredible experience at Villa Panorama in Plat, Croatia. The hosts, Paula and Drago, were lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The villa was spotlessly clean, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the apartment had everything we needed. The surprise welcome beers and the birthday message with a bottle of sparkling wine were unforgettable gestures (see the picture). Paula and Drago provided helpful tips for exploring Dubrovnik and its surroundings, and the balcony offered stunning views. Highly recommend Villa Panorama for an amazing vacation!

Apartment was so clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Internet connection is perfect, you can have Zoom calls without any issues. View and balcony are absolutely amazing, you can watch beautiful sunset, sailing boats or shiny cruisers during the night. Place is really quiet, there are no parties or nightclubs nearby. Near the apartment there are few restaurants with amazing food. There is also a bus station nearby so you are able to go to Cavtat or Dubrovnik. Owners Paula and Drago were so friendly and we really enjoyed evening talks with them, actually I think we really miss them already. :)

We had a great vacation in Villa Plat. A small quiet place, not too crowdy on the beach. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. The sea view from the room was breathtaking. We would like to come again later sometime:)

There is no supermarket at walking distance

There is no grocery shops shop near by. It didn't really bother us as we had a car but it's good to know and manage your expectations.

Apartment was comfortable, had all we needed for our stay. The hosts are wonderful, will try to help with whaterever they possibly can. Parking is available, which is handy. Plat has several beaches you can explore, even though there is a very steep hill to overcome to come back (hence a wonderful view, I guess we can't have it all)

The only thing to make the stay super comfortable is to change the sofa n the kitchen, or its mattress for comfortable sitting and possible sleeping. Apart from that everything was great. We really enjoy our stay.

The view was just amazing, really nice stay at Villa Panorama, relaxing evenings, beautiful mornings, enjoying meal or drinks on beautiful terrace. The owners were so polite, making our stay like at home. You can reach very nice beaches easily having nice walks and great views.

Our 7 nights stay in this villa was just amazing! The location and the view were fantastic. The studio was nice, modern and clean. Bed and other stuf were made daily. We experienced absolutely perfect service by it's owners Paula and Drago. They even helped to arrange 6 days scooter renting for us. And if you rent a studio with no kitchen, we defenetely recommend to try having breakfast on villa at least once - beautiful and magical meal spot with breathtaking view. Villa's location is just right between Dubrovnik and Cavtat. We concider it as a good advantage. Highly recomend this place from any point of view.

The double (it says queen) bed isn’t a real double bed as it has two mattresses. Minor point, the rest is awesome!

The view is amazing, the people are so friendly and accommodating. Easy access to Dubrovnik but away from the crowds there. There’s a nice beach close to this place with a great restaurant on the beach. Don’t miss the octopus salad
