The location of the Villa is wonderful and the view from the patio is outstanding. The host and his family were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much to Luksa, Vicki, Kiara, Maria and Ivor. We were provided with delicious cake and cold juice on our arrival and they couldn't do enough for us. We were also given beautiful fresh figs from their garden to enjoy. It is a fantastic place to relax and unwind. The local restaurant is about a five minute walk from the Villa and serves excellent food.

Amazing quiet place to spend our time on the beautiful island of Kolocep. Apartment very clean and comfortable. Great view from the terrace, walking distance from the beach. It's a family owned business with very nice and friendly owners. Lukša and his family warm hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. Special thanks for the homemade cake and fruit We highly recommend for a wonderful, family-friendly experience in a prime beachside location!

We have just returned from a truly wonderful holiday on the beautiful island of Kolocep. The villa Sea Dream apartments are perfectly located and very comfortable with a lovely shared terrace with outdoor eating and cooking facilities, and a stunning sea view. The island is perfect for a restful holiday. It is very beautiful with spectacular views and stunning places to swim. The nearest is just a minute away, and slightly further afield just a few minutes walk, we enjoyed magical early morning swims with Sand Martins swooping overhead, with just a few distant boats as our only companions. From the first moment we were welcomed by the family who are kindness itself. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we enjoyed many happy chats as well as delicious homemade apple strudel made by grandmother Maria, and orange juice from home grown oranges. We were very kindly taken on a tour of the large productive garden to see the different types of olives and organic vegetables. Olive oil and vegetables are available with excellent watermelons there to purchase. We came away with a better understanding of how the climate change is affecting the area. There is an excellent restaurant on the beach, serving lovely fresh local food.

Bit of a steep walk up the hill to the house however the views are worth it .

The location is peaceful and scenic with sea views and lovely places to sit and enjoy them. The family are friendly and very helpful and always available to answer any questions or give advice. Lots of lovely home cooked treats appeared during our stay. A lovely spot unspoiled and gorgeous swimming very close by.

It was amazing. The family is very friendly and welcoming! Especially Maria, the grandmother, is very loving. She made us orange juice and gave us figs for breakfast. The accommodation is beautiful and the view is stunning.

The Villa Sea Dream on Kolocep was the perfect restful holiday location. The apartment itself was very comfortable for us, a group of 4 friends. It was clean, nicely decorated & perfectly located just a 1 minute walk from the sea. There is a terrace which has an incredible view over the small local harbour and back to the mainland. Me and 3 friends stayed for 4 days at the end of a long cycling trip, and as we arrived one of the hosts Viki offered us juice and home-made cake as a welcome. Viki, Luksa, Marija and the rest of the family took care of us as if we were old friends, bringing us figs, grapes, tomatoes and marmalade during our stay. They are all so friendly and really made us feel at home! There is an exceptional restaurant just at the other end of the harbour, we ended up eating there 3 meals in a row because it was so good. If you want a quiet & peaceful holiday close to the sea - this is the one!

The host Luka and his family made us feel very welcome - we had fresh figs daily. The location was fantastic, a couple of minutes walk from a small beach and harbour. Be sure to take provisions into the island of you wish to self cater and arrange with Luka a transfer to the accommodation as it's quite a walk in the heat.

I have stayed at Villa Sea Dream for three weeks in August and it was a perfect relaxation away from large crowds of tourists. Everything was perfect, the apartment has everything you might need. But the hosts went above and beyond, providing their own homemade olive oil, fresh figs from their garden almost every day, tomatoes, homemade fig jam and have even treated me with fish soup and freshly caught fish. I had a great time and felt really like a family member. I highly recommend this place.

We really loved staying in the villa ! Firstly it’s geographic location (close to the best beach of the island, very few tourist in comparison to the other part of the island), the walk to the beach took us 2 or 3 minutes ! Just perfect distance for kids . The apartment had everything we needed, and really enough place to range the clothes , etc. We also appreciated the family that runs the villa, very friendly and kind! We also enjoyed the terrace with the vie you the sea !

Very kind and helpful host!!! Beautiful location close to sandy beach! Very good food in local tavern. The house is located in the area full of mediterranean flora (orange, lemon, pommegranate, lime and fig trees). Very clean apartment equipped with all necesary facilities. Stunning view from the lower terrace. Peacefull area.

This was a lovely stay at Koločep! The host family is more than welcoming and the most friendly hosts I ever met. We had a lovely boat tour with Luka, the main host in his fisherboat, which was amazing! Furthermore, his mom, Maria treated us every morning with a lovely breakfast - and cooked us fresh fish from the sea. One has a lovely view from the aopartment and can sit on a beautiful terrace! Absolutely recommendable, we will not forget this amazing holiday!

As soon as you step in Kolocep you feel like being in paradise. I was welcomed by Maria with fresh orange juice from her own garden and got a chance to share a coffee with her son as well. I felt like being with friends more than guest. If you go to this lovely island make sure you stop at Villa Sea Dream. The view from the room was amazing as much as all the attention for Maria and her family .Thank you again for making this stay unforgettable. See you soon hopefully

That is how much we walked twice a day to get to the beach from the Villa Sea Dream. We booked our stay on the island at the last moment. And we were so lucky to get particular this accomodation. First of all, this is an incredibly hospitable family. But this is written about in every previous review. The apartment is clean, full of different equipment for cooking, if you prefer to cook by yourself. you can cook food on the grill and on the gas stove on the terrace overlooking the sea. And also I would like to mention, that you can buy organic fruits & vegebetals here. Tomotos were incredibly tasty. And prices are very very resonable. Dear all, thanks a lot for the time we spent in your lovely house. We felt ouself like a close friends. Special thanks to Maria for the apricot jam. IRINA, Alex, Dunya

Regarding the reviews of this 2 bedroom apartment, the owner takes advantage of the reviews of 3 apartments in 1: this apartment has false indications on the site, we had the CHIARA apartment "2 bedrooms", tiny, old, and surely not for 4 people who want to be comfortable. The small shop is 2km away in full sun and only has the "basic" for sale: no meat or fish, and bread to order the day before. Regarding transport, there is only one boat on this side: at 7:00 am and one in the evening on weekdays, and 9:30 am on weekends. The medical center is open at certain times and difficult to reach in such hot weather. The only good restaurant closes at 5:00 p.m. There is no oven but 1 microwave perched above the cabinets: even climbing on a chair to access it, I could not see the dish. No private terrace as one might think from the photos on the site, but a terrace to share, on the floor below, with 1 other apartment; we then took the mini terrace near the front door, at the back, without sea view, and where the owners came to dry their laundry. The shower tub emptied very slowly and no one changed anything despite our request. No stopper in the sink. Small sea view windows and bedroom side: you would have to bend over to see the sea. Limited attitude of the son who manages, who invented a fever problem for me when I asked for help by boat. Too bad because the grandmother, the daughter and the granddaughter are more than adorable and they sell you their organic vegetables. We left very disappointed, more than a day early, and rebooked elsewhere to end our vacation well
