You can hear the cars on the street, we did not mind, but it is a fact. No insect nets in the windows.

The house was really clean, huge and I never ever saw such an equipped kitchen and this goes also for the food in fridge and elsewhere, not sure if we ever will feel welcome anywhere else hehe :D :D That was really a nice welcome! No, but really a lot of stuff. Not only in the kitchen, in the whole house, a looot of decoration, not everyones cup of tea, but hey, you dont live there, it is just holiday, therefore an experience, plus I am sure, there are people liking it :) Located just few minutes from the sea, shops, restaurants, market.... There is one parking spot on the site and you can get another one very close by. The beds very comfy, bathrooms equipped as well (four of them in the house). There is a barbeque we used and that was nice. TV, Netflix lot of couches to get comfy, if not outside. Good communication with the host, enough keys for everyone (it can accomodate a large group).

It backs up to a street that's quite busy during the day and there is some construction happening nearby, but this is the price you pay for renting a home in a city setting. However, the rooms were quiet at night with the windows closed.

Holy grail combination of walkability to town, view, and affordability. Huge bonuses were the generosity of the hosts, on-site parking (plus the hosts paid for parking for our second vehicle), small yard for a dog. When other reviewers mention that this place is stocked, they're not lying. While we could walk to the store, we really didn't have to! We loved enjoying the view from the rooftop terrace. It's clear the owners have an eye for detail and comfort. The design was eclectic and fun, like living in a museum. The beds were fantastic, and everything felt very clean.

Beautiful 3-story villa in a wonderful location! Surpassed our expectations with large rooms, high-end appliances & a stocked kitchen, plus a rooftop terrace overlooking Opatija & the sea! Hated to leave after our 2 night stay... Highly recommend!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Host was welcoming, they stocked the kitchen with various food so we didnt have to buy a lot of things. Kitchen has million appliances. The villa looked even better than in pictures. The balcony has beautiful sea side view. I recommend it, 10/10!

It was a truly wonderful experience. The host was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a lovely assortment of snacks that were provided for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and it really set the tone for our entire stay. The villa itself was simply beautiful - cozy, yet spacious, and had every utility we could possibly need. We truly felt like we were in a home away from home. The attention to detail was impressive, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, everything was just perfect. But what really made our stay special was the kindness and attentiveness of the host. He was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. His hospitality truly exceeded our expectations and we can't thank him enough for making our stay so memorable.

It is on a busy road, so some road noise, but windows are nice and block most sound. Nothing some earplugs wouldn’t fix for light sleepers.

Spacious, well appointed and maintained property with tons of extras - from food and drink to toiletries. The hosts were responsive, accommodating and incredibly generous. Each bedroom and bathroom were thoughtfully appointed and beds were comfortable. Laundry includes both washer and dryer. View from the top is incredible.

The owner was very nice and friendly. The house had everything you need and the host provided a full fridge of food and drinks. Fully stocked bar was free for our use as well.

The most equipped apartment ever! The bathroom, the living room and even in the kitchen the fridge was waiting for us fully packed. One car can be parked next to the building, but the owners arranged two other plots for us 100 m down the road. The rooms and the living room are very stylish and spacious. The kitchen has a lot of space, there's no problem to make coffe and breakfast for 4-5 ppl in the same time in the morning. The view is amazing from to terrace, the garden and the house is covered by trees, that keeps the rooms cool even in summertime, but there are AC's everywhere to turn on if needed. The owner and his family looks after their gusets, their hospitality is on another level. Thank you Robert making our stay perfect!

The location is on a busy street with expected traffic noises, but this in no way detracts from the quality of the property.

We could not have asked for a better way to enjoy Opatija. The villa was gorgeous and Robert was a perfect host. He met us upon arrival and showed us around, and he was accessible if we needed anything during our stay. The home was well-appointed and well-stocked. Coming back to the villa after our daily excursions was like coming home to a warm and welcoming base. We loved the terrace overlooking the Adriatic. It was a perfect place to sip wine and review the day's adventures.

Clean, big, fully equipped, with nice view from the terrace! The host was welcoming, very nice and friendly and left us fresh fruit, a full fridge with food and drinks. He waited for us to give us a tour of the house and replied always very fast.
