As i sad everything was great. No complaints at all. Maybe if you also offered dinner, but that is not a problem.

Breakfast was to our satisfactory. Everything was good. Rooms were nice and clean. We liked a location for its vicinity to metro station. Bud we must praise your stuff. they were so polite and nice, Especially the nice bloke at the reception. I forgot his name, but he had kind of longish fair hair tied in the back. He worked on Thursday 28 match 2024 around 14:00 o'clock.

The smallest room I've ever stayed in with no outside window to offer even a sliver of natural light.

The room on the inside part of the hotel have no windows to the outside. It was also a bit hot in the room. In the morning we could hear kinds running and being a bit loud in the hallways

No complaints tbh. Hotel clearly had a bar in past, still stocked in breakfast room but no longer serving.

Location was exceptional. Right beside bus, tram, tube stations and €9 for 72 hour pass for all. Very good choice of breakfast. Very reasonable price

The location was kinda strange. We also had joined room with some other guests which was absolutely terrible because you could hear everything! We heard them fart, talk, and other “activities”. The gap under the door was over 2” which made it almost like open door with all sounds like they were in your room. Absolutely u acceptable!

We had two rooms on different floors. While we had a fantastic room our friend one floor up said his was in s terrible shape with s shower that did not drain. So i guess we got mixed reviews. We liked out shower snd breakfast which was amazing.

Just the water - everything else was exactly as described

The only reason I scored 9 and not 10 is that on day 2 we had no hot water and had to shown in freezing cold water

The only very small issue was that it was very hot around the hotel. The heating seemed to be on full blast even though it was quite mild outside.

Room was a great size and very modern and clean. Staff were super helpful. Breakfast was great with a good choice of food, however, the toaster was broken and wasn’t fixed during our stay.

The weather was very mild so we had the air con on to cool the room.

I loved the central location, the cleanliness of the room, and the hearty breakfast. As with all hotels I recommend waking up earlier and taking advantage of the early hours because at 10:30 you might not find anything. The flaw in the room is that since there is no direct opening with the outside you may feel a bit claustrophobic, but you can also choose the room with a city view and in any case if you turn on the air conditioner the room stays cool. Otherwise very good solution. Comfortable beds, everything you need, possibility to leave your luggage after checkout for the last tour of the city. Very good value for money. See you soon.

The lady who was there at reception was Rude ... really rude!

The guy at the reception was a real Gentleman...we checked in late night at around 12 30am .... He was such a nice person. Hotel itself was soooo beautiful although rooms were not big.

Breakfast was very basic. Room too hot, quite small. Bathroom without a fan. Window needs blinds as the curtain was too close to extra bed and people could see in from atrium if curtain moved.

The room was very small and extremely hot. There weren't enough sockets and because of their locations close to the desk, it was difficult to use UK adaptors with phone charges. We had to crawl around the floor to find one suitable. No mirror in room, only in bathroom. Had no mirror to use hair straightners.

The location is excellent and the breakfast selection is very varied with lots of items to choose from.
