For us(Aussies) the room was quite warm and the aircon didn’t seem to work but it was not a detractor

There was a kind of window between the bedroom and bathroom (not see-through)so when someone when to the bathroom at the night the light would shine in the whole bedroom.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was,very nice and the hotel overall was beautiful and well taken care of. Great value for money

The evening staff member (second shift) was a bit unhelpful and uninformed. We wanted to park our car and we’re asking about how to get change. He said he doesn’t have any change and the only way to get some is to go to the bank (8pm) or download the parking app and connect my credit card. Long story short, tried the app 3 times and didn’t work, walked to bank ATM machine about half km away. Found out the next day while walking around that there were a number of ATM’s less than 100 meters away from the hotel and a few exchange offices!!! Wasted about an hour of our evening trying to sort this out.

Room was spacious, and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and great walk-in shower. Breakfast was excellent and staff at breakfast were very friendly and kind. Location good, right next to the opera house.

Staff was always eager to assist with any need for help or address any questions. Hotel property is extremely convenient and accessible to all sights. Early morning walks are quiet. Breakfast is abundant and won’t leave you wanting more.

Breakfast choice was excellent. Staff were so helpful, reception staff especially Adam helped us with directions, what were the best places to see, bookings, how to use the transport systems etc Hotel set a 2 minute walk from opera house and 10 min walk to the bridge. Amazing sites all within walking distance. Staff made up a take away breakfast for us as we had an early flight.

WiFi was not great. Bathroom generator on the ceiling was very noisy when on.

The hotel needs to switch between airco and heating and during periods of days with cold and sun, that may mean the room gets warm. But vindow could be opened and there was not much outside noise, so well doable.

Super nice & cozy hotel in the heart of Budapest. Staff super helpful and nice! Breakfast was not the biggest, but quite delicious. Sauna super nice and gym as well! Small but very clean & cozy, new equipment. Location is very convenient, everything is within walking distance, cute coffee shops, restaurants & bars super close around. Very recommended!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the hotel and it was exactly as we expected.

The bedroom and bathroom were a very good size. The bed was comfortable and there was a mini bar fridge/tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom. The breakfast was continental and had a good selection. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful.

My only small gripe would be that the duvet was too small for the bed.

A hidden gem in a perfect location to walk to most major attractions. The breakfast was excellent with helpful & attentive staff. Wonderful cocktails in the tuk tuk bar & again staff were fantastic. We had a huge room with a lovely courtyard view. Would definitely recommend.

The property was in a brilliant location very central to the main attractions , opera house , St Peter’s Basilica , Jewish Quarter. Exceptionally clean beautiful boutique hotel , super friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast and cocktail bar .
