We got a room with a balcony and two chairs, we wish there was a side table for the chairs and the balcony floor is quite dusty.

The pool was great as so do the saunas. and the place was beautiful.

Very relaxing though it is 15 min drive from miskolc center but lot of activities around hotel such as forest train,boating and waterfalls and location was excellent surrounding by forests and hills overall very relaxing to stay breakfast and dinner was very good

I would have thought the hotel could use having a couple if cute shops or boutiques to explore. The small outside shops nearby were very repetitive and poor quality.

I really loved the hotel: so pretty! The grounds were just starting to bloom so I would imagine they would be beautiful a bit closer to summer.

The dinner was too heavy on meat, and too Hungarian for my taste. No shampoo. A bit overpriced.

The location beats everything else. The hotel is nice enough. The breakfast is good and coffee is genuine. The room is good enough without being spacious just as the bathroom.

While the hotel rooms were clean, were well maintained and had great views, the bedding could use an upgrade.

Excellent old palatial hotel in a great location, with superb staff, and a memorable restaurant. Their spa and wellness center provided a welcome addition to our stay.

Food is great. Position of the hotel, whit car, is excellent. Many activity in the hotel and around. Spa is great. Clean and quite room. Staff is super helpfull.

water in the pool was very cold even for swimming breakfast hours should be prolonged at least up to 10.30 and especially during the weekends

Food is unfortunately not up to our standards. Plenty of choice, but lacked taste and originality. Housekeeping did not clean the coffee mugs and wine glasses throughout the stay and coffee/tea sachets were not replaced. The double bed, was in fact two single beds joined up. With two separate duvets. No free water bottles.

The grounds around the property were lovely to walk around in the snow. We especially enjoyed the outside chess board, where we had a good game in active snow. There also was a chess board found inside the lobby, next to the wood burning fireplace. Add this to the lovely cocktails from the bar, and it added up to a brilliant night in.

I stayed on half board and the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. The hotel is an interesting building with lots of character in a really lovely setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

OMG, everything!! This hotel is so magical that it’s amazing! The dinner and breakfast buffets were spectacular, the location is perfect, and the facilities are spotless. Don’t hesitate to book here!!

The room isnt big and there is no place to put the suitcase. We shoukd put all the thing on the floor. The dinner isnt tasty at all.

If I have to find something, then the difference in size between the 2 deluxe rooms. One of them was significantly smaller. Both rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable
