Excellent location and very well maintained. The instructions to the apparment were communicated very clearly. The building is super old - appartment is very spacious and has all the facilities for a longer stay especially the kitchen.

The weather was a bit chilly those days, so cranked up the heaters. Even then, it was a bit cold in the apartment. We are used to our warm apartment and were quite tired from the road, so that could be the reason we found it a bit chilly.

Cute apartment in the center. Nice antique details and furniture. Even nicer then on the pictures. There is a flat screen TV. Took long hot showers. Equipped with everything one would need. Even found a cute tea set to use. The communication with the host was great. It was easy to find the apartment and to check in as well. Very detailed instructions from host, which is great.

This apartment is superb, it's clean, spacious, and cosy. The design and decor are lovely and feel so homemy. It provided all the necessary amenities and fully furnished. The staff is very helpful and responsive, provided us with the required info swiftly, and helped us to arrange our luggage storage. Good location where it is just next to shops, eateries, and nearby to bus/tram stations. We are very happy to stay here and thank you for the nice accommodation.

Very comfortable apartment in the heart of the city! We were so satisfied with everything that apartment was equipped with! Salt, pepper, tea, coffee! Even iron and washing mashine! We were even suprised with that fact. Beautiful, cosy interior :) we felt like at home :) We had a very very plesant stay:) Highly recomended to stay there.

There is no AC, as mentioned in the official info, but not a problem for me.

The apartment is very nicely furnished, it looks like it is/was owned by artists, with paintings on the walls and other art objects. The rooms are spacious, it includes a decent kitchen with a big fridge. Location could not be more central. And the price for the thing is amazing - I had stayed at an Ibis the previous weekend, some 500 m from there, for double the price and a fraction of the quality. The instructions for the keys pick-up may seem complicated, but if you follow them step by step it turns out they are precise and relevant. Just one note: there are two key pads at the front door, use the one on the left.

There was no proper shower, the bathroom had no nightlight. The pullout couch was uncomfortable.The windows face in towards the courtyard and it’s extremely loud when people come in and out at night. The check in process was a hassle and there was not proper communication about bag storage

Worst service and the instructions are NOT clear at all. NOT AT ALL. Before our arrival, they asked questions about your arrival time etc. Though it's a self check-in which means their questions are useless, but they requested you to answer. After we checked out, they told us to leave the key and mix the code number, but this instruction was mentioned in one of their innumerable LONG messages. And they have contradictory unclear informations in other messages about what to do for check out. And they blame you for not doing it right. The check out time is not at all flexible which is perfectly understandable, i think they need to clean out the room after our check out. But it's not the case, they asked us to lock the room even after noon, which means they don't need the room to be empty before 12 o'clock but they don't want to give you some extra flexible time to checkout. They want you to understand exactly what they want you to do and ask you to do exactly what they want, and at the same time, it's not that clear and they don't make a gesture of basic understanding. The wifi connection is also slow. In general I'm quite friendly when i travel and i try to understand the stuff when they offer their kind services. But here the stuff really pissed me off. Worst experience in my travel over the past ten years.

The only thing we could think of was the water boiler, which was inconvenient to plug into the electricity (short cable, high outlet). But that was a minor thing that was easily managable.

The location, the pretty and cozy interior, the calmth of the apartment complex, the comfort: 10/10
