The bed was surprisingly comfy. We liked the breakfast in the morning.

It is definitely not four stars, with a big advance of three. The staff is lazy and in no hurry. Checked in at night, asked for breakfast in the room. It was suggested to call the room service in the morning yourself. In the morning it turned out that the phone in the room was not working. I found the reception number and called from mobile phone. Instead of connecting with room service or conveying their wishes to them, the administrator offered to come and order on their own. Well, if I ask for food in the room, maybe I don't want to go anywhere? The phone did not work, there are no towels for the foot, an empty minibar (if you need at least water - call. The phone does not work - go get water yourself). The hotel needs renovation and staff training.

Location was not so good. Far from center.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. It was 10 mins by walk to Danu River. There was a different natural side of Budapest to experience if you have enough time.

The hotel's private parking was not available I was lucky that it was on the weekend and there was free parking on the street.

The room was clean and comfortable. Tasty and diverse breakfast. The location is not central, it's about 10 minutes to the metro that can take you to the center.

There were some minor dirty spots in the room on the carpet, but nothing serious (most probably coffee spills). What was a bit more bothersome was some really loud guests talking loud around 4-5am and using the hair drier which made sleeping a bit difficult.

The hotel is easy to approach, the staff is very friendly and kindly answering any questions and taking feedback. The breakfast was awesome, good portions and the quality was also great. Rooms are well equipped and spacious.

The open shower design makes water fill the bathroom floor with no mop to clean up. There was a green ring of rust around the tap where the water is flowing making me not want to brush my teeth there.

Room design was cozy. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good and offered a lot of options. Restaurant is a pleasant place to be.

The hotel was just slightly out of the city, but the scooters are outside and it's only 12 Minutes by bus.

What was provided, was exceptional, it was a hotel that you can relax in.

Negative remark is related to the living room which was very dark, only few spots, i had to light up my phone to heat some milk for the kids im the first evening there.. Second day I asked the reception to try to do something about it, they said they will check, when coming back in the apartment in the evening, no other light and no answer, at least a negative one from reception, just to show they care… about feed-back and need of customers.

I liked that the fact that apartment was very big and cosy, from this point of view it exceeded our expectations.

-The shower is wrongly made, the water does NOT drain because the drainage is at a higher level than the rest of the shower space so ALL the water was just sitting there, with no way to go down. -The smell of piss that came from the bathroom was horrible! We could not stay in the bathroom for more than a few minutes because of the smell and we had to keep the bathroom door closed because it would smell in the room. If we had to stay longer than one night I would have definetly requested a room change.

There was free parking on the street in front of the hotel Tbe breakfast was diverse and delicious The bed is comfortable and the size of the room was ok There was a kettle in the room with some tea and coffee.

Nice hotel room, very spacious. Tasty breakfast each morning. Good location, handy enough to public transport. Only a few minutes from the metro. Highly recommended. Thank you for the lovely weekend.

The room was not so clean. It had dry vomit all over the draperies and near the single type bed. Our daughter didn’t even want to sleep in the bed. Not a great experience.
