This hotel needs to improve the cleanliness of bed linens. Finding hairs of other people on the pillow cover WHEN YOU MOVE IN THE ROOM is not an experience you want to repeat. However, in this hotel I have this second time. Maybe I am the fool that I returned.

After the check-in found that one towel for feet is dirty and looks quite old. Another big towel was with holes. Soap automatic dispenser didn't work, probably was discharged, so we couldn't use it. Weak water pressure.

The rooms are really big and modern. Separate toilet and shower rooms. Underground parking with access by card and elevators to rooms. But pay attention, that due to the entry form (a sharp turn at the narrow entrence), quite big cars are not able to enter. Nice staff. Great location that allows you to reach all sights on foot on both banks of the river.

The so called hybrid breakfast was very disappointing. The breakfast was not self service and was very few options to chose. The chosen food was not tasty, made from the cheapest ingredients, we couldn’t eat it. Next morning we went out for breakfast somewhere else. This is not a 3/4 star hotel quality for food!

The breakfast was disappointing, although it is only 5 EUR per person is not worth it.

We had a small apartment with a separate bedroom and living room. We also had a bath and a balcony, which was lovely. The decor is simple and pleasant. The staff at the reception were very helpful and responsive. They helped us book an evening cruise while the site of the cruise line was down. Thank you!

1. As far as the breakfast goes, however, noise from the offices nearby were unpleasant which could have been easily improved by a light background music to cover the grinding noises. 2. Mentioning €5 on the menu put me off to be counted as a cheap breakfast. It's an unprofessional publicity style trying to make the guest guilty not ordering more items. 3. Automatic lights in the corridor were annoying to step into pitch black out of the lift. 4. Having no internal services such as massage or using part of restaurant as daytime or evening coffee break for the guests goes against a proper home feeling.

Breakfast was rather brief but the service was excellent. I particularly liked the happy looking hostesses who were excellent with their English and greetings. Room was comfortable for one person. Location is easy for accessing public transport as well as taxi services as I needed.

The breakfast. Too meaty. Every morning there were no bread rolls (one of the few things I wanted to eat), as they were always baking. OK, unlucky timing, but that was my experience.

Staff were super helpful, especially the receptionist who reserved a table at a local restaurant when I arrived late!
