Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

older (but very nicely cleaned) bathroom the chairs in the room as well as in the dining room I would recommend to grease
The location of the hotel is excellent, you can quickly get to the metro station or bus/tram stop . I highly appreciate the service of the staff. All services of the hotel are really on high level. Breakfast is well above the standard of a 3 star hotel. A very wide selection of food of every kind. Breakfast absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Ventilation in the bathroom was too loud and sometimes could not stop to work. It was difficult to close the door of the room.

There are some aspects regarding the need for an up to date bathroom and AC.2 Q
The conditions were good, nothing fancy but clean. The location it's great and quiet. Staff its very supportive. 10+ for the breakfast! All that you need and more. Thanks Fatime for the good services.

The corridors are very echoey, so I was woken up in the mornings by noise from other guests - banging doors and voices in the corridors. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.
Friendly, helpful staff. Good location - away from busy streets but not far from things to do, restaurants, etc. Good amount of light in the room. Perfect amount of space for one person, and as a woman travelling alone I felt safe.

Great location, very helpful staff, clean room with a comfortable bed, and very nice, abundant breakfast. Small room but perfect for a single guest. There's an elevator to access the upper floors.

We had a very pleasant stay with my mom, received upgraded room. It had all we needed, beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfasts were of a good quality and plenty of choice. We could leave the luggage prior to check in and after check out.

Doors are very loud when someone closes them from outside of the room. Soundproofing is not the best. The air conditioner button was broken and there were 1-2 minor dirt on curtain and bathroom wall but it's not disturbing. Everything else was fine.
Staff was really kind (in all 3 shifts). Great location, fine room.

No change of towels in 3 days. Separate bedsheets in the king-size bed.
The hotel is close to the city centre, the famous bath and a metro station. It is possible to leave your luggage at the reception both before the check-in and after the check-out.

The sound isolation could be better, as we occasionally heard conversations from the terrace. However, since the neighborhood is generally quiet, it didn't significantly disrupt our sleep. Also the ventilation system in the bathroom is loud and it randomly was once activated in the middle of the night and woke us up.
I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offerings, convenient location, cleanliness, attentive staff, comfortable beds, and appreciated the consistently warm room temperature.

The only Con is the Parking. No free space, but no need to complain, because there is a Closed Parking a few minutes further.
Exactly what a traveler needs to be comfort in Budapest. Quiet place, warm room, great cleanness. The Receptionist Estella, but also the other personnel, are extremely friendly and helpful!

We come at 7:00 clock. I thought that its not possible to check in but it was good and we check in morning we go to sleep because we were all night in way. Reception its 24/7 they are friendly everything was good.

Door and walls are not sound isolated, so there was a lot of noise coming from the corridor (closing other rooms door) and you can hear people talking in the room next to yours.
The hotel is clean, the bathroom was freshly renovated. The location is very good, close to the main streets and walking distance from the railway station.
