Fantastic breakfast! Spa was very helpfull to refuel after long journey. Rooms were big and bed was really KING size. Very close to subway station, 15 minutes and you are in the city center)

We were here several times and the location is really good. Also the rooms are clean and nice, just the hotel area is quite noisy. ( This is not the hotel's mistake, but it's not possible to sleep with opened windows unfortunately during the hot nights.)

Long waits for lifts as we were staying on the 4th floor. I have mobility problems so couldn’t use stairs as an alternative.

Easy access to transport for trips to Vienna and Esztergom and to other parts of the city. Excellent breakfasts in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

The orange juice at breakfast is the watery mix, not 100% pure juice.

The hotel itself was spacious and well-equipped, from the lobby and restaurant, to the pool and gym, to the room itself. The breakfast was great, with a full range of pastries, fresh fruits, cooked breakfast and so forth. The hotel restaurant was handy when we needed it. The location was absolutely perfect; although it is not in the centre, a metro and tram line were just nearby; it was only a short ride on the metro, which went frequently, directly to the Parliament and to the Castle Hill, and the tram line went directly to City Park (and the Szechenyi Baths).

Check-in was not satisfing enough. More than 20 minutes and it seemed the lady at the reception desk not tried her best at all. No parking possibilties really, hard to find a spot.

Parking nowadays should be free for hotel customers, but here it is not (and 13€ per day is not something to just ignore so easily when you already pay 100+ for room and it costs the hotel nothing - rip off)

Great breakfast. Very good location for attending concerts and sport events in nearby stadium or arena. Metro station just around the corner..

For 4 stars, there should be some facilities in the room, necessary things that are missing: shoe rack, some cold water in the fridge, bathrobe are some of them.

Very clean room, friendly staff and attentive to what you need, very varied breakfast, for all tastes and needs. The hotel is located next to a subway station, close to public transport, so you can easily get to where you want in the city.

A bit expensive for a simple two person room for two nights without included breakfast in the price. Moreover the room had a bit of an ant problem and the tub did not drain water efficiently.

The hotel was built in the 80's, it's clean, but nothing fancy. The location is perfect if you visit an event in the arenas, but it's not a good place to stay if you are going to see Budapest as a traveller (heavy traffic, few restaurants, zero sightseeing). On the other hand one can reach the inner city with public transport easily from there (10 mins)

The hotel is very close to the Arena and BOK hall, parking is easy since there is a huge garage near. Although I did'nt try but there a gym (not just a room with some weights) is available in the hotel.

Instead of one big bed there were two single beds pushed together, and they came apart during the night. Very little privacy from housekeeping staff - they were nice, but a bit annoying with randomly entering the room for cleaning multiple times- even though we were still in bed and told them we don't need cleaning. The use of the infrared sauna was subject to fees, and there were no robes or slippers provided at the spa.

Quick check-in, vending machine so we could grab some drinks late at night ( we arrived from a gig so we were thirsty af). Location is excellent, metro station and the area is like 2 minutes away.

- Exceptional breakfast: a lot of good options, you could have it for multiple days and not get bored. - Room nice and clean: a bit small, but that is because it also has a desk and the big bed which was very comfy. - 3 big, fast elevators. - Easy to find paid parking spots (either at the front of the hotel or right at the back of it in the underground - where it is cheaper)
