We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

HungaryOne day a group of guests made a pretty loud pool party, the relaxation was impossible around them, the stuff didn’t do anything about this.
Very clean, spacious, well-designed rooms and beautiful gardens.

The hotel has a perfect location near the Slovenian border. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel has a rather large enclosed area and parking.

HungaryThe cuisine is not the best I have met, not contemporary, a bit boring, but prepared correctly.
The design is a real fun nothing to compare with. Eclectic in every way. Not the standard, clean, but boring hotel style at all. Nice park around, I liked the small farmhouse on the top of the hill. Not crowded. Drinking the morning coffee in the inner park is really pleasant.

PolandUnfortunately nobody speaks english at this hotel. The receptionist was not friendly at all when i asked if she spoke english. Breakfasts especially scrambled eggs were cold. There were No peppers i was counting on , No fried or boiled eggs. Our room nr 26 had spider nets in the corners of the walls.

HungaryI did not aware when i booked the apartment that the bathroom including the toilet is downstairs. I would recommend for old people and couples with smaller kids, do not book it. The tv cable was broeken, was no internet, the bathroom toilet was flushing most of the times. Whit sunday was a smoke alarm quicked on in our room around 4 am for no reason. The food was not bad, but is not a 4 star hotel level at all. Even Whit sunday was the same breakfast as the day before, nothing has been changed. From dinner selection not various at all. 1 bottle of water cost 8000HUF. No free toaletries in the bathroom, however shower cap and venity kit provided. On friday the check in lady around 1900 was not friendly at all, not even a welcome smile- howercer we sat on the highhway 4.5 hours in rain, passed 8 accidents amd so on. Do not spend there more than 2 nights, not worth it.
The castle is a must to see. Well preserved, for kids like a labiritnth, big complex, with big yard, small playground, horses, good for long walks. Beautiful spa, mordern style mixed up with castle elements. Have seen a lot of gluteen free food and they always have something for kids( american pancakes or grits with milk( tejberada). Great starting point to go around ( Boldogkővàralja castle, bible translation place in Vizsoly, honey museum, Füzèr castle and so on.
