The rooms were not as clean as they should be. We had to move one single bed to make it double and the amount of dust and stuff under the beds was just disgusting.

Got a extra room for price of one as we book 1 room for 5 of us . Unfortunately the room was gone so we got extra room we didn’t mind that .

Where do I start, no hot water in 1 bathroom, hearing noises all around the house from other guests. Raw sewerage smells coming from room 4 ensuite, was told the manager was coming to look at it, then told plumber was coming...... Still waiting!! Hubby made a makeshift solution to it for the night. Had to leave windows open all night and lodged towels against ensuite door to hold off unwanted smells coming back into bedroom. Shower in room 4 has more water coming from unit in wall and hose than shower head. Unsure whether there was hot water from that. We were told owner was away for the weekend when we went to complain. We were told we were in the new house, dunno what's new. Shutters in both bedrooms were broken, fire alarm control panel located outside room 4 going off during night, due to alarm switched off in room 1 (our children's room!!) Room 1 ensuite had dish rags stuffed behind the pedestal of the sink, probably for the same reason for ensuite in room 4.

House keeping was poor, sheets on bed were dirty and apartment could of done with a deep clean.

It is a basic motel type place which was very overpriced at 195 euro! Tiny room and the bed was uncomfortable as had a big dent in the middle so hard for two people to sleep without rolling into each other.

the property was close enough to here the aeroplanes taking off and landing also very close to the road but I find that type of noise relaxing

Receptionist lady.

Very loud with lots of noise during the night. People coming and going with a bang. Banging doors all night long. Exceptionally welcoming receptionist lady, though. She is the main reason I am not giving bad ratings altogether.

Toilet did not work. Macerating toilet but even only only toilet paper and pumping it it wouldn't work. Overpriced dramatically so. It looks like a functional box, no carpet, dirty door, dirty doors, broken slats, no curtains, no spare towels in spare towel drawer, no hairdryer in hairdryer drawer, tiny sink so water goes everywhere, noisy banging door beside room. Microwave kitchen area outside room used at all hours. Smokers outside window so can't open window. Noisy busy main road. Beds arecadewuate but we asked for a double and got twin beds. Dirty scraps lying on floor. I have photos of all this stuff.

Location was excellent.Bus right outside the front door and runs every 30 mins Went there expecting to find a doable place because off the cheap stay and got a wonderful surprise . It's was very clean and comfortable and perfectly located .

it was a little cold. but if I had gone and told the manager it would have got sorted., so it’s my fault for not going round.

it’s a bit out the way if you want to get to Dublin, but there’s buses and really easy. the beds are very comfy and everything you needed was there.
