Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We arrived quite late but there was no issue in checking in, up early for a nice breakfast with plenty of room and nice staff. The room was a decent size, clean and the bathroom was also clean. Unfortunately there was no bottles of water in the room when we arrived.

There was nothing I disliked. This place can’t be faulted.
Centre of Mullingar. Bar Staff more switched on than an ESB pole. They remember your order unlike some other places in Dublins Temple Bar. Rooms are excellent & warm.

No details in took regarding time for room service. Buttons on phone missing.

There needs to be a bit more utensils and bowls so the kitchen is more usable. Our only advice.
The staff was very helpful. The parking lot was easy to use. The breakfast was really good, a proper Irish breakfast with all the bits. We will use this place again in the future as it is nicely located for all the day trips.

Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. We had breakfast delivered to our room and was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back here!

Ther was a Bath you had to stand in to shower , on our stay it was cold and the bath was blocked

Price was a bit high, I was told at check in that I could of saved more if I booked direct, as i was at a company event. Why tell me this in front of other guests?

This is a minor complaint, but there was no water in the room. I understand hotels are moving towards sustainability, but they could have provide drinking water in a reusable bottle. But that's really my only complaint!
The room was really big and the bed was huge, and actually a double bed, which is rarer than it should be! The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and stocked with toiletries- separate shower gel and shampoo, which again is rare. The staff were friendly and my room was ready for check-in earlier than the time listed, which was great. Breakfast was included in the price and there was a decent selection.

Free WiFi was very limiting, I was unable to gain access with my laptop with no explanation message. I only required it for short periods of time so didn't approach staff for assitance as i was able to utilise my mobile network connection. WiFi connectivity was not discussed on arrival or pay WiFi offered.
A broad variety of breakfast choices available covering different dietary requirements and preferences. Great sense of warmth & welcome as soon as you enter and from all staff throughout the hotel. Room was very spacious, warm & comfortable. Parking is always available even when hosting events.
