Beautiful location, very tastefully decorated, comfy four poster bed and a great shower. Cathrine the owner was there to greet us and show us around. Breakfast was in the room, and was lovely.

We loved everything about our stay here! There was so much thought put into everything, this was our favorite place we stayed at for our entire trip to Ireland Beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean! The time taken for us to feel so welcome and at home, we had everything we needed. The fridge was stocked with jams, ham, cheese, orange juice ect. There was breads, coffee, bathrobes, slippers and chocolates by each side of our bed! It was nice to have a kitchen and parlor with our bedroom and bath and so well decorated, just beautiful! Also it was nice to have our own table and chairs outside by our door to enjoy the outside! Thank you so much! We will be staying here again on our next trip back to Ireland! Absolutely nothing!

Loved everything! The location is great, the decor of the suite is fabulous. The host was really welcoming and left us scones and chocolates when we arrived. Continental style breakfast is in the fridge ready and if we needed anymore we just had to ask. Tv was excellent as you could watch the BBC channels which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend and we would love to go back.

Nothing to dislike

Beautifully furnished and by far the most luxurious self catering accommodation we stayed in during our tour of Ireland and, indeed, many others we have booked in the past. Lovely touch to arrive to bread, butter, scones homemade jams and other goodies. The beds were so comfortable and the bed linen was fantastic quality. My husband has mobility issues and the apartment was great for him with the added benefit of parking directly outside. Catherine is a great host and Kevin's joke went down well too!

Everything from our greeting to the decore, the bed, the furnishings, the breakfast was top class quality. Nothing could be faulted. We will be recommending this accommodation to our friends. The closeness to Bunratty for dining and the Castle was excellent. This accommodation is top shelf

The property was beautiful and quiet. Catherine was a delightful and most helpful hostess. The bed was comfortable and the “room” was an entire apartment.

Our overall experience at The Carriage Houses has been nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, Catherine went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I had requested some flowers, a cake, and other items to be in the accommodation for my mum's birthday, and she organised everything flawlessly. The flowers she arranged were unlike any I have ever seen – absolutely beautiful. Nothing was too much effort for her. The accommodation itself is out of this world. It was impeccably clean, with fridges and cupboards fully stocked and every item of the highest quality. The attention to detail and the care put into maintaining the place are evident. The Carriage Houses is a beautiful place, and the owners are just as wonderful. I highly recommend staying here. It truly deserves a 10 out of 10.

The property was so serene and cozy. We had such a relaxing time there. Catherine was so welcoming, her father was just adorable as was her husband who took the time to show my husband his car and take us for a ride that we will remember always. We loved being in the country and getting the opportunity to see and pet the horses, this was something that we had never planned but wouldn’t have missed it for the world. Thank you so much for these experiences. If we ever get to Bunratty again, we will definitely stay at the carriage houses at Beechpark House.

The interior decor was very authentic and antique, which gives a very traditional feel. Breakfast was served in the room and was delicious. Great location if you want to explore Limerick or Bunratty.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Accommodation is really a roomy, very comfortable cottage all your own with living room; kitchen and separate bedroom. Catherine is a superb host who welcomed us immediately upon arrival. And the kitchen is stocked full of breakfast items like fresh coffee; scones; fruit; cereals, meat, cheese, fresh baked soda bread, juice, yoghurt. The cottage is beautifully decorated with many paintings on the walls and other features that make a homey, comfortable stay. Would absolutely return without any hesitation. One night was definitely too short!

What a great place - we loved everything about it. You stay in a separate guest house which gives you privacy. It has its own bathroom. kitchen, living area and bedroom. We were greeted with fresh baked muffins, there was food the kitchen, and treats by the bed. The grounds are historic and beautiful - doves, horses, old trees and stone walls. Our host were so helpful.

Well-designed suites in the Clare countryside not far from Bunratty and Limerick. Ample parking and Catherine, the hostess, is very available and friendly. The cliffs of Moher are less than an hour away.
